Fanis Apartment is located in the town of Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula, just a few meters from the main street where you can find shops, bakeries, pharmacies, taverns, bars, and everything you might need during your vacation. The Sikia Beach is 4km away, and by car, you can also visit other beautiful beaches in this part of the peninsula.
This apartment, situated on the ground floor and designed to accommodate up to three people, consists of a living room with a kitchen including a sofa for one person, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The air-conditioned apartment includes a smart TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four burners, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
During warm summer days, guests can relax on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.
In the enclosed courtyard, guests can enjoy the possibility of preparing barbecue with family and friends.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
