Description
Kali-mera Villa is located in the small village of Sikia, in the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, which offers all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation, at a distance of 1.8km from the nearest beach.
The accommodation unit is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and bedrooms, there is no TV, but guests have access to free WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic glass hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub.
On warm summer days, guests can enjoy on the veranda which is furnished with a seating set.
In the decorated and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every other day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
