Description
Andria's Apartment is situated in the center of the village of Sikia, approximately 4.5km from the beach of the same name on the southeastern coast of Sithonia. Within a distance of less than 500m, guests can find a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and children's playground.
This ground floor apartment can accommodate up to four individuals. It features a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided at no additional cost.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four glass-ceramic hobs and a large oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and necessary cookware. The bathroom includes a shower cabin without a curtain.
Guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the veranda furnished with seating set.
In the enclosed courtyard, guests have access to a built-in barbecue and private parking.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment during their stay and a fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
