Hotel Description

Niko’s House is situated in Sykia, the largest village on the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 4km from one of Halkidiki’s most beautiful beaches. A market is conveniently located 110m from the property, and various restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and a pharmacy are within walking distance.

We offer two apartments, each accommodating up to two adults and three children. The apartments are on the elevated ground floor, featuring a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a pull-out bed, plus a foldable armchair in the living room.

The apartments are air-conditioned and include a TV, internet, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a spacious fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

Each apartment has a balcony with seating sets and a view of the street. The fenced yard includes a brick barbecue for guests to enjoy.

Pets are not permitted. Parking is available next to the property.

Guests arrive to a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided every three days for guests to change themselves.

Lovely accommodation, exceptionally clean, quite spacious, with a large terrace. The hosts are very courteous. There is ample parking space available.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
