Hotel Description

Peony House is situated outside the village of Sikia, on the Sithonia peninsula, just 70m from the sandy beach of Valti. The accommodation exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere, perfectly combining comfort and simplicity, while its excellent location makes it the perfect base for exploring the beautiful beaches in the area.

The ground floor house can accommodate up to five adults and consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room also features a single sofa.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower tray with a glass screen. A baby cot is available upon request.

From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the garden. In the well-maintained garden of the property, guests can indulge in preparing barbecues with family and friends under the gazebo.

Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
