Amira House is located in a quiet part of the village of Sykia, which exudes the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Greek settlement. It is a modern, ground-floor house that combines comfort with the charm of local architecture. Although Sykia is not situated directly on the coast, there are several beautiful beaches nearby, including the spacious Sykia Beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. This beach is known for its turquoise waters and is a favorite among campers. If you head south from there, you’ll discover a series of smaller, well-maintained beaches that are definitely worth visiting.

The accommodation on offer is a ground-floor house structured as an apartment. It features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room contains a sofa that can sleep two people. The accommodation is suitable for up to four adults.

This air-conditioned unit offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
