Elena’s House is located in Sykia, a traditional village on the eastern coast of Sithonia, known for its preserved local character, intimate atmosphere, hospitality, narrow streets, and proximity to numerous sandy beaches and hidden coves. The accommodation is situated on the ground floor of a family house, in a peaceful part of the settlement, ideal for a family vacation. The nearest beach is about 4.4 km away, easily accessible by a few minutes’ drive, while some of the most famous beaches of Sithonia, such as Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, and Tourkolimnionas, are in the immediate vicinity.

Structured as an apartment with two bedrooms, this accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. Designed for up to five adults, it is located on the ground floor and is an excellent choice for a summer vacation. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other is equipped with bunk beds. The living room includes a sofa suitable for one adult. The interior exudes warmth and comfort, with a well-organized space allowing for a carefree holiday and daily functioning during the summer.

Guests have access to a baby cot for the comfortable and safe stay of the youngest ones. It is essential to request this service when making a reservation. Therefore, the accommodation caters to the needs of families with young children, providing them with extra comfort during their vacation.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, included in the price, mosquito nets, free WiFi, a TV in the living room, a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all kinds of meals independently, with a stove featuring four classic burners and a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The bathroom has a built-in shower cabin with a glass partition.

A special feature of this accommodation is the two private verandas. One is located by the main entrance, while the other is accessed directly from the bedroom with bunk beds, furnished with a seating area, which can be an excellent space for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the fresh air. Perfect for family gatherings, shared meals, or relaxation during hot summer days. It provides additional comfort and a sense of a homely atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day and is an ideal place for rest and socializing. They offer views of the yard, surrounding mountain landscapes, and a quiet street. Guests can also enjoy the nicely landscaped and fenced yard with a lawn, partially paved, and offering plenty of natural shade. In the yard, there is a gazebo, seating sets, a fountain with drinking water, and a children’s playground with a slide, trampoline, and swing, making the space perfect for adult relaxation as well as carefree play for the youngest guests. There is also a shared barbecue in the yard that guests can use free of charge during their stay at this accommodation.

Pets are not allowed. The owners kindly request guests to take this information into account when making reservations and planning their vacation.

Apartment cleaning, as well as changing bed linens and towels, are done exclusively upon guests’ request at least after four nights.

The accommodation offers private parking with four parking spaces, included in the price of the stay.

The nearest beach, Sykia Beach, is about 4.4 km away, known for its long sandy shore, crystal clear waters, and plenty of space even during the peak season. Nearby, there are also popular beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, and Kriaritsi, among the most beautiful beaches in this part of Halkidiki. Tourkolimnionas Beach is about 6 km away and is one of the most beautiful hidden coves of Sithonia, with fine sand and turquoise waters. Klimataria, approximately 11 km away, is a favorite among families due to its shallow water and peaceful surroundings, while the exotic Tigania Beach is located around 10 km from the accommodation. Kriaritsi Beach is about 9.5 km away, known for its vast sandy shore and exceptionally clean waters, while Kalamitsi is located around 10 km away and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches of southern Sithonia. Nearby are Sarti, about 12 km away, Porto Koufo, about 21 km away, and Toroni, about 23 km away. Thessaloniki is approximately 151 km away, and Macedonia International Airport about 141 km away. Thanks to its peaceful location, spacious yard, family-friendly amenities, and good connection to the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Elena’s House is an excellent choice for a relaxed family vacation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
