Our description

Sikia Blue Rooms is located in the second row from the sea, at 50m from Sykia beach in the place with the same name. It can be a great choice for families with children because of spacious and fenced courtyard, but also because of its isolation which can provide you needed silence and peace.

The closest market is at 400m and one and only, also the most visited tavern is at 300m.

It offers six accommodation units on the ground floor, five apartments and one studio.

Quintuple apartment no. 1 and 2 have a double bed in the living room with kitchen and a double and a single bed in the bedroom. These apartments have two balconies, one in the front and one in the back side. Front balcony has a sitting set and the back one has a drying rack.

Quintuple apartment no. 3 has a double and a single bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the living room with kitchen. Quintuple apartment no. 4 has a double and a single bed in the bedroom and a queen size bed in the living room with kitchen. Bedrooms in these apartments are on the low ground floor, two steps under the ground level.

Apartment no. 5 has a double bed in the bedroom and two queen size beds in the living room with kitchen, so it can accommodate two adults and four children.

Quadruple studio no. 6 has a single bed and a drawer bed with the same dimensions as a single one, in the living room with kitchen. In the bedroom which is not separated by doors is a double bed.

These three apartments (no. 3, 4 and 5), as well as studio, have one balcony with sitting set and drying rack.

Kitchen in all units is equipped with a big fridge with freezer compartment, small oven with hotplates and necessary dishes. Apartments no. 1, 2 and 5 have renovated bathroom, it is a shower without curtain (only tiles), enclosed by the wall from one side. Apartments no. 3 and 4 and studio have older bathrooms with shower tray. Until the next season (2020) older bathrooms should be renovated too. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and internet.

In spacious and fenced courtyard on guests' disposal are private parking, gazebo and barbecue.

Sikia Blue Rooms is easy to find. After you turn from the main road towards the Sykia beach, drive until you reach it, then turn left and drive on that street next to the beach and after 100m you will see the courtyard on the left and at the bottom of it you'll find the accommodation.

Sikia Blue Rooms can be a great choice for guest who want to stay near to the beach, on a quiet location where they can relax with the loved ones.

Owners description

Sikia Blue Rooms is the accommodation on the beach in Sykia (20m from the sea), located in the southern part of Sithonia, second Halkidiki peninsula, 150km away from Thessaloniki. The endless beach, clean and blue water of Aegean Sea and four beautiful bays on the right side of the beach, await you for the moments of relaxation.

The village itself is built at 2km from the sea, at the foot of the mountain. Among many places for sightseeing to admire, there are the ancient town, the castle and the temple of Saint Athanasios in Toroni, the windmills in Sykia and the temple from the 16th century in Nikiti. In the village, you can also find a grocery store, medical help, ATM and post office. Also, not far from Sykia, there's a diving school for the underwater world lovers. You are given the chance to visit the third peninsula of Halkidiki, as boats make daily trips around mountain Athos.

Rooms are fully equipped with:

The owner is a professional diver, he manages Azure Diving Center and organizes diving excursions.
