We spent a wonderful nine days in September in an apartment for four (a double bed and a bunk bed). The apartments are nicely positioned in a quiet area, yet close to the beach, markets, and taverns, with a children's playground nearby. This was very important to me as I was traveling with my mother-in-law and a three-and-a-half-year-old child. The beach offers plenty of natural shade, as well as beach bars. We often frequented the section of the beach to the left when exiting the street where the apartments are located. The apartment features a large terrace, which is ideal, a new small refrigerator, and a stove with two burners for cooking. The mattresses are new and comfortable. Cleaning was done every four days. I only brought some extra utensils from home (a couple of forks, a spoon, a knife, and a bowl for the child) because I read that it wasn't well equipped, which turned out to be a good decision. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, and the lovely Svetlana provided us with a mosquito repellent device. I would also like to mention that there is a butcher shop very close to the accommodation. Unfortunately, the yard is mostly a parking area, but there is a nice seating area. This was not an issue for us as we spent most of our time at the beach. Svetlana is a wonderful host! We had a fantastic time, and I am certain that we will return to Toroni next summer.

A decent accommodation, provided you do not have overly high expectations. The beach is relatively close, as is the supermarket and the main promenade. Do not expect too much; this accommodation is tailored for the average Serbian tourist who is not accustomed to hotels. 😊

The studio is very comfortable, located in a quiet area, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The beds are comfortable and new. Svetlana is a wonderful woman who welcomed us with a bottle of water and juice for the children. Maria is also very kind and always at your service, no matter what is needed.

The hosts are extremely kind, and the villa looks just like in the pictures. It has towels that, like the bed linen, are changed every three days, and the room is cleaned then as well. The terrace is very spacious and beautiful (ours was on the second floor and overlooked the Jolandas villa). The Wi-Fi is decent, with a market, beach, and gyros just 2 minutes away from the villa, and parking available in the villa's courtyard. Toroni is a lovely little place with a beautiful beach and sea, along with pleasant nights. Highly recommended!

A truly genuine PET FRIENDLY accommodation. We stayed with our small dog and were absolutely delighted. Considering the price-quality ratio, it is an excellent choice. The location is exceptionally peaceful, the accommodation is comfortable and well-maintained, featuring a spacious terrace with an awning. We did not use the kitchen, but it is equipped with the essentials. The bathroom is also spacious, slightly outdated, but everything functions well. Parking in the courtyard offers plenty of shade, and the WiFi is decent. The owners of the accommodation are exceptionally warm-hearted. Our linens were changed every fourth day, and during that time, they also cleaned our room and bathroom. Overall, we have very positive impressions of the accommodation and would gladly return, as well as recommend it to anyone for whom a vacation and a beautiful beach are priorities.

Dear Sir/Madam, the accommodation fully matches the description on the website. The rooms may be somewhat small, but the terraces are spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. The internet connection is weak, if that matters to you, as you should ideally use your phone as little as possible while on vacation. Nearby, you will find a beach, a supermarket, and a gyros place. You can stay on the beach until 9 PM, until sunset. The location is indeed quite small, perfect for a getaway. Bring your good mood with you; everything else is insignificant. Enjoy your vacation.

Regarding the location, the excessive crowding throughout Sitonia was the reason we chose Toroni as a family-friendly place without much hustle, yet even there, the crowd was no less. Even when we went to the beach relatively early, between 8 and 9, we hardly had any choice regarding sunbeds, and I won't even mention what it’s like if you arrive a little later. It’s not quite suitable for those who wish to avoid large crowds, as we did. The accommodation itself is rather cramped, and I wouldn’t call it a studio, but rather a room with a kitchen. In a room of a maximum of 15m2, they managed to fit one semi-double bed and one single bed, which blocks the exit to the balcony, with just enough space between the two beds for a nightstand. On the other side of the bed, there is one step to the kitchen, where we kept some of our belongings, as next to the bed and kitchen there is only a small wardrobe without shelves, just hangers and two small drawers. The balcony is at the height of the stairs, which are not busy, and from there, you have a direct view, through the entire room, onto the door of your bathroom, so you shouldn’t forget to wrap yourself at least when stepping out. In the bathroom, there was a constant smell of sewage, sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker; even in the town itself, the wind occasionally carried intoxicating scents. We met some locals in Toroni who had similar issues even in more luxurious accommodations, so this seems to be a general problem of the area. As for the landlord's friendliness, she is cheerful and always in a good mood, but we didn’t see her much since we didn’t want to spend too much time in the accommodation, so I won’t comment on that. The room was clean when we arrived (if we don’t count the lovely smells from the sewage), but they only cleaned it once during our 10-night stay.

The terraces in the apartments are spacious and large, equipped with awnings, and cleaning and towel replacement are also provided. An important aspect for us was the secure parking in the villa's courtyard. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a peaceful and safe vacation.

The room with two French beds is smaller, yet decent. The bathroom is in poor condition; the shower lacks a curtain, causing water to splash everywhere. An unpleasant odor emanates from it, and it is in dire need of renovation. The terrace is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is sparsely furnished, but the landlady can provide anything that is missing. There is only one wardrobe for four people, and it lacks shelves. The yard cannot be used as everyone parks in it, although there is available parking across the street. It is impossible to sleep without air conditioning due to the lack of air circulation.

Svetlana is exceptionally kind and always ready to help. The apartment is quite good, the furniture is new and of high quality, and the terrace is spacious and sheltered from the sun. Overall, it is an excellent accommodation.

The owner of the accommodation is exceptionally kind. Upon arrival, we were offered cold water and juices for the child. The yard of the house is used as parking, and there are no slides or swings for children as shown in the pictures. Room cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels are done every three days. The location of the accommodation is just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The WiFi internet in the studio was poor, but after addressing the issue with the owner, we gained access to another network where the internet was satisfactory (for instance, YouTube 4K without buffering). I recommend choosing a studio on the first or second floor with a front view for privacy, as other units are very close to other houses.

A lovely place for families with small children, the owner is kind and pleasant, always ready to help. The linens were changed twice in ten days, the studio is clean and tidy, highly recommended.

The apartment is cleaned every four days, which is commendable. There is a parking spot in the shade under the trees. The beach is relatively close. An excellent location, just a stone's throw from the beach, only 2 minutes away on foot, situated in the very heart of the city, close to all essential amenities. The owners are courteous, unobtrusive, and always willing to accommodate any requests.

A very nice accommodation, located in a quiet area, making it perfect for sleeping. The apartment is well-equipped and offers ample storage space. There is also a lovely little courtyard. The beach is nearby. The owner, Svetlana, is wonderful. The only complaint is that the air conditioning can be a bit noisy, although it is pleasant at night, so it doesn't need to run all night long.

The accommodation was generally in accordance with what was promised. However, I believe that the studio is a bit small for the price. Roughly speaking, the area is a maximum of 20 m², plus a terrace and a bathroom, which is insufficient for the two double beds that were present. There is a lack of a small table in the studio, as there is nowhere to sit. Realistically, after 7 PM, due to mosquitoes, it is impossible to sit on the terrace. Otherwise, the landlady was polite and everything was fine.

The yard is beautiful, but smaller than it appears in the pictures, and there isn't enough space for the children to play. The WiFi connection was interrupted every five minutes for about a minute... quite irritating. Other than that, the accommodation is quite decent.

The accommodation is pet-friendly, allowing us to truly enjoy our time with our dog and children. There is no crowd at the beach, primarily families with children... We will return to the lovely Toroni, and next time, if we come back, we will certainly choose this accommodation again... We stayed at Fotini's Studios from August 26, 2018, to September 7, 2018 (my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I). To begin with, I must highlight the exceptional kindness of the hosts, particularly Mrs. Svetlana, who was always available to assist us. Upon our arrival, she gifted us olive oil, and upon our departure, olives. She constantly offered our little one some sweets and treats. She is a Russian married to a Greek and operates a butcher shop right next to the accommodation. Regarding the location - the coordinates we received from Nikana are not entirely accurate as they lead you to a street parallel to the one you need to enter. You can walk from there to the accommodation, but you won't be able to drive, so when you reach that last street, instead of turning left immediately from the main road, continue straight, then turn left into the next street, which will take you directly to the parking area. If it's easier for you, find Fotini's Studios 2 on Google Maps, and those coordinates will lead you to the parking. There is parking in front of Fotini's 1, which allows parking in the yard, and parking at Fotini's 2, where there is plenty of space under the trees. As for the accommodation itself - I would say that the studio looked much better in person than in the photos, so I recommend the owners and Nikana to take new pictures from better angles. We stayed in a studio on the first floor facing the stairs. At the entrance to the studio, there is a small, separate area where the wardrobe is located before entering the room. The wardrobe is quite modest, without shelves, but with enough hangers for clothes and two drawers at the bottom. There was also an extra blanket and towel in the wardrobe. In the room, we had a smaller French bed and a regular bed. The beds are clean and comfortable, without those end barriers, which is very important for us as we are exceptionally tall. The room includes a kitchenette with all the necessary elements and contents. The only complaint is that the number of utensils is exactly tailored to the number of guests, or even less, as there are only 2 spoons, 3 forks, 2 knives, and 2 small ladles. I think this is a very small investment, and the owners should replenish each studio with a larger number of these utensils. The studio also includes a smaller flat-screen TV and an air conditioning unit. The bathroom is small, simple, not particularly appealing, but acceptable. The problem with the bathroom, as in many other accommodations, is that there is no protection in the shower cabin, so you cannot avoid splashing water everywhere, but there is a mop on the terrace that quickly cleans and dries everything in no time. The terrace is a plus. It is spacious enough for leaving excess belongings, drying laundry, letting the kids play a bit, and sitting down to eat or drink coffee. I note that there is no dining table in the room as there simply isn’t space for one, so you must do all that on the terrace. It wouldn’t hurt to have another small piece of furniture in the room besides the single table, where you could place items you want to keep close at hand without stuffing them into the wardrobe, suitcases, etc. Regarding cleaning - everything is as promised at the beginning, every 4 days. During our 12 days, we had complete cleaning and linen change twice. In terms of hygiene, there are truly no complaints. As for mosquitoes - you are safe there. There is a mosquito net on both the terrace door and the window, and the host provides you with a device with tablets (if you haven’t brought your own). In front of the accommodation, there is a charming little courtyard that can serve as a communal space (there is a larger table with chairs) plus a place for small children to run around (there is also a small slide and a ball). My complaint is that the courtyard can often be overcrowded with cars, which is unnecessary since there are usually enough free parking spaces in front of Fotini's 2 accommodation, which is nearby. It’s fine for people to drive up to drop off or pack their things, but it’s unreasonable for cars to occupy 3/4 of the courtyard. We didn’t use it anyway, but I believe it would be beneficial for some people if it were fully available. As previously mentioned, the hosts often organize barbecues for all guests, which is a nice gesture. The only thing that might bother people with small children is that the gathering can get quite loud and can last until midnight. It can also be noisy due to guests from neighboring accommodations sitting outside due to the proximity of the buildings, but again, it all depends on which accommodation unit you are in (we were on the first floor facing the stairs). And yes, as in most places in Greece, the internet is quite poor. In the room, there is hardly any signal (it catches sometimes). On the terrace, it is generally available, and in the courtyard in front of the house. If you need to finish something urgently, you will manage, but do not count on pleasant surfing if that is what you are after. All in all, it is a very good accommodation, 100 m from the beach and shops. With some minor adjustments, it could be excellent (in that category). Toroni as a place is very small, without any special attractions, but excellent for parents with small children. It has a long and beautiful beach, a couple of taverns, supermarkets... even a small promenade right on the beach with benches and poles for pushing strollers... there are also two amusement parks with little cars and games that can cost a fortune. You will also enjoy stunning sunsets, as the entire place faces west and the sun sets behind the horizon. We were located there for a bit, and also drove around Sithonia, but I believe that those who do not plan to move from Toroni will find it perfectly fine.

We spent ten days at Fotini Studios in Toroni. We had an excellent time; this place is a perfect fit for families with small children - it is peaceful, devoid of noisy cafes, everything is nearby, it is not overly populated, so the beach is less crowded. Pros The apartments are located in a quiet area, set back from the street. The sea is just 100 meters from the house, and the most well-stocked shop in Toroni is also close by. There is a playground for children (swings, slides, etc.) nearby, which is convenient for those with small kids. The owners are exceptionally kind. Mrs. Svetlana is very pleasant, always available to assist, and readily offers help. I used her washing machine twice, which meant a lot to me. Moreover, the hosts organized a barbecue - a gathering for all apartment guests, which we heard they do often. The apartments are cleaned every few days, and everything was impeccable. The landlady informed us on the first day when the cleaning would take place, and it happened as promised. The yard is beautifully landscaped, grassy, not too spacious, but sufficient for a small child to play and run around. There are two built-in barbecues. Cons The bathroom is small and lacks a curtain. However, this is not a significant issue since there is a drying rack on the terrace, making it easy to wipe down. We had two terraces, one for sitting and one we used for drying towels. However, some ground-floor apartments lack privacy, so it is advisable to pay attention to the apartment's location in the building. (Nonetheless, some ground-floor apartments face the yard, and no one passes by, so it doesn't matter.)
