Fotini’s Studios is a nice accommodation near the beautiful sandy beach in Toroni. If you are looking for clean and well-maintained accommodation, as well as extremely friendly owners who will help you with whatever you need, Fotini’s Studios accommodation is the right choice for you. It is a great choice for families with children and those who want a peaceful holiday.
The owners have two houses, Fotini’s Studios and Fotini’s Studios 2. Fotini’s Studios is about 200m from the beach, while the nearest supermarket with a bakery, as well as the first restaurants can be found at 250m.
The house has a number of accommodation units, but the owners are renting two triple studios (30m2) on the ground floor with one double and a single bed, while on the first floor, there are four quadruple studios (35m2), two with one double and two bunk beds, and two with two double beds the same room with a kitchen, a double studio (30m2) with one double bed and one studio for three people with two double beds narrower than standard.
The triple studios on the ground floor are facing the garden, the quadruple studios are located on the front side of the building, the double studio is facing the garden, while the triple studio on the first floor is located at the backside of the building and it’s facing the other houses.
The studios have air conditioning, TV, and mosquito nets, in agreement with the owners you can get a baby cot and a hairdryer. Each studio has a kitchen equipped with two ringlets and a small fridge with a freezer, and the bathroom is without a curtain, just tiles. Wireless internet is available on the terraces and in the courtyard, while the signal is much weaker inside the units. The terraces are separated, with tables and chairs, as well as a wire for the laundry dryer. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every four days.
The private parking is available, as well as the garden is full of greenery and shade, with a barbecue, tables with chairs, and a small playground for children.
Pets are allowed.
You will arrive at the accommodation by driving the main street next to the beach until you reach the playground for children, then you will turn to the first street on the left if you are coming from the direction of Neos Marmaras and you will drive another 200m until you see the accommodation on the left.
Fotini’s Studios is an ideal accommodation for those looking for renovated accommodation units, located in a quiet environment, yet very close to the beach.

The only complaint is that there are no hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom, and there are too few clothespins. Everything else was good.
