An excellent apartment.

A phenomenal studio for families. The reception and hospitality are exceptional. The studio is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

For the first time, we stayed in Toronto, at the Aristotel accommodation. The place is exceptionally clean, the beach is right across the street, and towels are changed every three days. The only complaint is that the upper bunk bed is a bit unstable, but that is negligible compared to everything else. We will return next year.

Dear Sir/Madam, the location is excellent; however, due to the noise from the restaurant, it is not recommended for families with small children. The noise persists even after midnight.

The accommodation is excellent - everything is clean, linens and towels are changed, and the apartment is cleaned every three days (the lady even washed the dishes we left behind once). The mosquito nets are proper (built into the carpentry, not just stuck on), the beds are comfortable, and the mattresses are new and firm (at least in apartment no. 1). The hosts (an older gentleman and lady along with their two sons) are kind and willing to help, although only one of the sons speaks English. We had two folding chairs and an umbrella that we could use at the beach. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by parking in front of the villa (on the street), and every time we left in the car, they would set up cones and reserve our spot. The only downside is that the restaurant guests can be quite noisy in the evening, but once the balcony doors are closed, nothing can be heard.

The owners are extremely kind, especially the elderly gentleman who does not speak English. We encountered two issues, both of which were resolved immediately.

The location is perfect, the hosts are friendly, and on the ground floor, you can find the best gyros. You receive two beach chairs and an umbrella, along with cleaning and linen replacement every three days. The furniture can be replaced, but everything is functional. In relation to the price, this is more than expected. Apartment number two has a larger kitchen. The apartments feature two terraces and two seating arrangements.

An excellent accommodation located just a few minutes from the beach. The hosts are exceptionally kind and accommodating, and cleaning is done every three days. There are two balconies, both with a view of the sea; one overlooks the beach, while the other, where a gentle breeze always blows, offers a view of the Toroni fortress. The bathroom is clean, modern, and functional, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary elements (mini stove with oven and extractor, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery...). The beds and pillows are comfortable (the bunk bed in the kitchen area wobbles slightly, but it’s nothing serious). On the ground floor, there is a grill restaurant serving excellent gyros, without excessive noise or other disturbances to the guests' peace, even during peak evening hours. In any case, this is an excellent choice for a family with two children.

The accommodation is satisfactory, featuring two terraces, with towels and bed linens changed every three days. The beach is just 50 meters away, and there is a separate room with a bunk bed.

A warm recommendation for the accommodation! The fact that the restaurant is located below is an advantage, as it offers the best gyros! There are quite a few mosquitoes outside in the evening, so protection is advisable. The evenings are surprisingly cool. The accommodation is very good, but the bunk bed is unstable, making it unsuitable for older children. The beach is right in front. Toroni itself is not for those who enjoy crowds, but it is perfect for us who revel in the sea... The sea is beautiful, although there were jellyfish, but not all the time.

The accommodation is exceptionally good, everything appears just as in the photographs, and the kitchen is excellently equipped. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days, along with a thorough cleaning of the apartment. The owners are very friendly. Guests have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. It is possible to park the car in the courtyard, provided that it is not moved, as restaurant tables are set up at the entrance to the courtyard. The internet works reasonably well in the morning and in the afternoon until around 3 PM, but when the restaurant fills up in the afternoon, it operates very slowly. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there is also a market nearby. There is some noise in the restaurant in the evening, but it does not pose a problem. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets, yet somehow the mosquitoes still find their way into the rooms... Overall, the impressions are positive.

The accommodation is excellently positioned in relation to the beach. An additional advantage is that on the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant where one can always enjoy gyros as well as other grilled dishes. The hospitable hosts are always ready to assist whenever needed. It is essential to prepare well for defense against mosquitoes, as they are excessively present throughout the area! Overall, the accommodation comes highly recommended.

The accommodation and the replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as the cleaning of the apartment, were satisfactory. The owners were kind, and along with the apartment, beach chairs, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and liquid soap were provided. The apartment is well-equipped with household appliances, including an iron, a hairdryer, and a kettle. We did not have private parking as guests staying in the apartments, as stated in the offer, but parked the car on the street, as if we had just stopped by for gyros. The street is unlit after the restaurant closes, from midnight until dawn. They have a large yard, but we were not allowed to park there.

The accommodation is truly excellent. There are two terraces. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a summer vacation (hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, mosquito repellent, etc.). Bed linen is changed every third day. The beach is just a minute away. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but it did not disturb us. By midnight, it is already quiet.

Charming accommodation, the owners are wonderful, everything is just fine.

We were pleased with this accommodation at the end of August. The apartment is well-equipped, kept clean, and the bedding and towels are changed every three days. A significant advantage for a family vacation with children is the proximity to a sandy beach with clean, calm water.

We are extremely satisfied with our accommodation at Asteris, where we stayed in apartment number two. The apartment is clean and tidy, with bed linens and towels changed after every three nights, along with thorough cleaning of the entire apartment. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay (if needed, you have your own umbrella, beach chairs that belong to the apartment, a table on the indoor balcony, sinks on both balconies, etc.). The internet is stable, though occasionally slower, particularly when the restaurant is busy. The proximity to the beach, shops, taverns, and promenades is excellent. We arrived the day after the flood that affected the area, and the property was not endangered by the flood. On the ground floor, there is a well-known gyros restaurant, and you can hear the chatter when guests are inside, although the noise level significantly decreases when the windows are closed. An excellent price-to-value ratio. Accommodation highly recommended, of course, if you are not too demanding :).

Kudos for the accommodation, which is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, particularly regarding the beach and nearby shops. The pier may pose a problem for families with young children who sleep early, as the restaurant operates until midnight, and the street it is located on is busy, given that many people have accommodations located past Asteris, resulting in a bit more noise. Apartment number two is preferable due to its additional windows and better ventilation. Overall, if we are not too strict, this is an excellent accommodation and deserves a recommendation.
