I am very satisfied with the accommodation. The studio is well-equipped. The beach is just across the street, with its own sun loungers, and there is parking available in the courtyard. The staff is extremely polite.

We vacationed with two small children aged 2 and 5 years. All praise and recommendations for the accommodation at Afroditi. Everyone is very kind and friendly, changing towels and bed linen every 5 days. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and with the accommodation, you also have free sunbeds. There is a café/bakery, a market, a playground for children, all within a 20-meter radius.

Everyone is kind... The beach features fine gravel for those who enjoy it, but it can hardly be called sandy.

The accommodation is excellent; everything is just as shown in the pictures, clean and very pleasant, and the owners are extremely kind. Parking is provided, it's close to the beach, you receive free sun loungers at the beach, and the food you can buy from them is excellent... What particularly surprised us was the internet, which is outstanding (the best we have ever had). Overall, it offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio.

Advantages: Proximity to the sea, a parking space in the villa's courtyard, and you receive a set of sun loungers with an umbrella without having to order anything. The owner is friendly. The beds are comfortable. Disadvantages: Towels are not changed, and the apartment is not cleaned during your stay. The toilets are in need of renovation.

We spent seven days in the Afroditi apartments and we are completely satisfied. The apartments are located right on the beach, with everything you need nearby: taverns, a market, and a Luna park for the kids. The owner or his representative is exceptionally kind and open to any questions you may have whenever you need assistance. With the apartment, you receive two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach, which you can lock and unlock yourself. You also get a discount card for their tavern in front of the apartments. You don’t pay for the air conditioning, and there is always hot water available. The Wi-Fi is excellent in the rooms, and the Vilin tavern on the beach is close by. The only downside is that there is no hairdryer or iron for laundry. Everything else is as described and depicted in the pictures. We recommend this accommodation and Toroni itself.

Afroditi, everything was wonderful. The only drawback was the movable bed in the dining area, which was a bit uncomfortable, but that does not diminish the overall experience. If we go to Toroni again, we will definitely book this accommodation, of course, through Nikana!

For the first few days, salty water flowed from the tap! Fortunately, this changed quickly, and for the remaining eight days, the water was entirely acceptable for technical use. For drinking and cooking, bottled water is mandatory. If you bring a filter, bottled water is still required. A pack of six bottles in July 2024 costs only 1.7 euros at the store right next door. The accommodation for four people included one double bed, one regular bed, and one short sofa bed in a narrow kitchen. In theory, it accommodates four, but in practice, it is suitable for three. We combined the double and regular beds and filled the gap between them with some blankets. It wasn't perfectly level, but it wasn't terrible either. All in all, it wasn't bad at all...

The apartment is just a step away from a beautiful beach, with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Parking is provided. There are mosquito nets on the balcony doors, and air conditioning is available. We stayed in the B1 apartment, which is considered renovated. The beds are new, but the space is cramped, with literally just a passage to the balcony. The kitchen is a disaster, featuring only 2 slow and weak burners, and the utensils are mismatched and meant for 2 people, although there were 3 of us. You only have shallow plates, 2 spoons, forks, and knives. A few glasses and 3 coffee cups, along with a cezve. There is 1 frying pan and a small battered pot of 1L. There are no other dishes or knives. There is a large, new refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers. In the bathroom, the window does not open, and there is low pressure in the toilet, so you have to flush multiple times. Hygiene is average. The bed linens and towels are new and clean.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, with only a street separating it from the beach. A store, a gyros place, and gaming options are right next door. The section of the beach it opens onto is beautiful, and it’s fantastic that a sunshade and two loungers are provided, ensuring you always have a spot on the beach. The landlady is wonderful, relaxed, pleasant, and cooperative, as is her son who works at the bakery beneath the apartment, where you can also find excellent ice cream. Additionally, there is parking available in the courtyard. The terrace is spacious, although the apartments themselves are slightly smaller for a family of four, but this is negligible compared to all the other advantages.

An excellent location, clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including air conditioning, a TV, and a spacious balcony. The internet connection is good, and most importantly, each studio on the beach comes with sun loungers, so there’s no need to search for a spot or bring your own chairs. The beach is fantastic, featuring beautiful, clean sand. Next to the beach, there are plenty of play areas for children, such as slides, swings, and more. Right next to the house, there’s a large supermarket, and within the house, there’s a café with a limited food selection. Nearby, you can find fast food restaurants and a fun park for kids, all just 10 meters away.

The location of the apartment is perfect; you just cross the street and you are already at the beach. The apartments are clean and tidy, with the only drawback being the somewhat small bathroom. There was always hot water available, and the kitchen fridge is spacious and includes a freezer. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

An excellent location in the heart of Toronto, just a few steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We stayed in the A3 apartment on the ground floor, which accommodates two adults and two children, but since we were without children, there was more than enough space. The terrace is fantastic, equipped with awnings, and there are screens on the windows and doors. We didn't even use the air conditioning as it wasn't necessary during our stay from September 5th to 15th. The kitchen is a bit cramped but perfect for making coffee or soup, while the bathroom had ample space, and everything was clean. Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days, which is perfectly fine, and you maintain hygiene in the apartment yourself. As for the furniture, the standard beds are quite comfortable, just as shown in the pictures; nothing deluxe, but the location was what mattered most to us. Our car was parked in the covered courtyard of the house. You can use the beach loungers all day with the purchase of one drink, and there is plenty of space for those who want their own umbrellas and loungers. All in all, it was an excellent vacation that I would recommend to anyone. A big shoutout to Afroditi and, of course, to the Nikana agency through which we booked.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism of Nikana g. We stayed in August in apartment B5, on the first floor. We were welcomed by the landlady, who was exceptionally kind. The apartment is not very comfortable, but it is practical and contains everything you need; a big plus is the large refrigerator and the double bed. The bunk beds are of standard size. It is located right on the beach, making it ideal for those who love to spend all day by the sea, like us. There was a constant supply of hot water, and the bedding and towels were changed every 5 days, giving us great freedom from the landlords (we didn't see them at all during our entire stay, which lasted 11 days). There is a market in the courtyard, which is a big plus, and a bakery just 10 meters away. Our only small complaint was the parking, as there isn't enough space for all the rooms. All in all, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend Afroditi for your vacations.

The apartment was clean, the landlady was kind, there was hot water available 24/7, the market was just 10 meters away, and parking was in the courtyard.

Everything was truly wonderful. The hostess was kind, and the apartment was functional with a spacious terrace. The location is incredible, just 70 seconds to the beach, 30 seconds to the market, and 40 seconds to the gyros shop. The beach is vast and excellent all around. Toroni as a destination is also fantastic, especially for families with children.

I am unsure of what to say. We received accommodation (a garage) for 13 nights. The four-person studio should realistically be a two-person studio, as the bunk bed only allows passage under the sloped ceiling. That is not even the main issue, but the fourth bed cannot be used because the air conditioning is positioned above the headboard. It is usable only if the air conditioning is turned off, but considering there are no windows since entry and exit are through the terrace doors... Option 1 is to turn on the air conditioning and squeeze into three beds, or option 2 is to sleep with the doors open, which is impossible as you are on the ground floor. Secondly, the kitchen elements smell terribly of dampness, meaning they cannot be used because as soon as you open them, a disgusting odor wafts out. The bedding is clean, but it was not changed until the eighth day when we reminded them ourselves. The good thing about the accommodation is that it is right by the promenade, yet sufficiently tucked away to be wonderfully quiet for sleeping. The terrace is spacious and always in the shade, as is the parking spot right next to the terrace.

We were accommodated in studio 6 B, featuring one double bed and one single bed. The lodging is excellent, conveniently located near the beach. Below, there is a restaurant. There was no noise. The place is quite tranquil. The beach and water are pristine. The beach consists of coarse sand and fine pebbles. The drawbacks of Toronia are the absence of a promenade and the mosquitoes that become a nuisance as dusk falls. Regarding food, restaurant Leon is very good. They offer a wide selection of dishes, the portions are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable.

This was the best vacation ever, and I hope to return to the same place next summer. The hosts were kind, the apartment was excellent, I have no words, I was thrilled just like my husband, mother, and aunt with whom I traveled.

A beautiful terrace with a view of the sea (A8), private parking on the premises. The tavern within the accommodation is disappointing. There are a few dishes, but I would not recommend the pizza. It is expensive and lacks flavor. The overall food and drink offerings are quite modest, with quality and prices at least 30% higher compared to Neos Marmaras and Sarti. Seasonal workers seem rather indifferent to the guests. The landlady is a nice woman.

The Villa Afroditi in Toroni is situated in an excellent location, right in front of the beach, and in its vicinity, there are a restaurant, a market, and a gyros place. It also offers amenities for children and has its own parking for guests. The owners are very courteous and always available for anything you might need; they have always been accommodating. The studios are adequately furnished, not luxurious, but just enough for your needs, and they feature spacious terraces.

Excellent location. The comfort is satisfactory. Cleanliness is of a high standard. Kindness is evident from everyone, including the owner and staff. The price is reasonable for the month of September.

The apartment is excellently positioned, located near what we believe to be the best part of the beach. This section of the beach is the cleanest, has a lifeguard during the day, a sidewalk, and a playground for children is nearby. There are also sand volleyball and football courts, and the two best gyros places are just next door. Next to the apartment is the best-stocked market in Toroni, and various shops for all kinds of needs are close by. Within the apartment complex is the tavern Afroditi, which serves excellent food (we tried a few other taverns, but this one is the best) and offers a 10% discount for apartment residents. The owners were kind to us (grandma and grandpa who regularly checked in), and grandpa saved us a parking spot whenever we went out with the car. The grandson who welcomed us and is organizationally present (his name is Panos) is very friendly and accommodating (he didn’t charge us for a few rounds of drinks). The apartment itself is not bad; it is average compared to all Greek apartments. The downside was that the toilet bowl wasn’t the cleanest (there were some stains at the bottom that need to be scrubbed with a chemical cleaner), which was a bit unpleasant. The bathroom lacks some hooks as there’s no place to leave things. The room is small but acceptable; it looks just like in the photos. The terrace is very long but unfortunately quite narrow (or the table is wide), so it’s not very easy for two adults and two children to sit down for a meal. Overall, it could be considered an average Greek experience (regarding the apartment), with a beautiful beach and clear sea. We would come back again. :)

The landlady does not allow you to socialize with the other room, to gather on the terrace, to make noise, and there is no barbecuing or socializing in the yard.

The bedding has not been changed even once, the people are friendly, the location is excellent, and they even treated us to drinks on the first day we arrived. The view from the terrace is splendid, although it would be better to have a partition between the terraces for privacy.

We were accommodated in the Afroditi B building. The lodging is excellent, providing everything you need, although our studio was exceptionally small; it is classified as 1/4 but is realistically suitable for two people. This is the only complaint. Otherwise, everything else is phenomenal. The proximity to the beach and the city is great, yet the accommodation is in a quiet area. Highly recommended, just be careful in choosing which room will suit your needs.

I am unsure if I can adequately convey my impressions of this place and its people... In a single sentence, we are thrilled in every sense. The accommodation is literally located just across from a beautiful beach, with exceptionally clear water. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days, including an essential terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent most of our time. Within the accommodation, there is a tavern serving excellent food, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. Mrs. Afrodita, the owner of the apartment, is an incredibly warm and gracious woman who welcomes you as if you were one of her own. A particularly strong impression was made on us, especially on my children, by Afrodita's grandson Panos, who works here and is always available for anything you might need. This vacation has, in every way, exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend it!

The apartment was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the internet connection was excellent. I highly recommend staying at Afroditi house in Toroni.

I kindly ask you not to delete this comment! Greetings, I had to write this text because I believe that the rating for this accommodation is excessively high and inaccurate. We were accommodated in a four-bed studio with bunk beds and a view of the tavern's kitchen. Comfort: it is simply nonexistent, the studio is too small, you cannot turn around in it... the terrace is long but narrow and non-functional, four people cannot have a normal lunch, and the air conditioning drips in the middle of the terrace, so you have to move the table left and right... the bathroom is so cramped you can barely turn around, the sink is too small and you cannot wash your face or brush your teeth properly... the bunk bed is positioned directly under the air conditioning, making the upper bed non-functional as the air conditioning is literally above your head, so the children slept in the lower bed, meaning we effectively had a three-bed studio... one simply cannot believe how someone can be so rude as to rent out such accommodation as a four-bed studio. Cleanliness: I did not notice this immense cleanliness mentioned in the comments and description... In our studio, the furniture was neither old nor new, but there was dust everywhere, the curtains were washed, God knows when... there was dust and greasy stains on the furniture... The bathroom was a nightmare... there was mold on the shower curtain... as well as on the floor and wall tiles... we bought toilet cleaner, sprayed it, and scrubbed the bathroom and toilet ourselves... only to realize while scrubbing that they had covered the moldy grout with acrylic silicone... HORROR! We received the bedding on the fifth day at our request... the studio had not been cleaned even once during our stay... we had to clean it ourselves... which has never been the case with any accommodation before, and this is the sixth time we are vacationing in Greece. When we asked one of the women, she told us to clean ourselves... we received no cleaning supplies or anything... and only later did we notice the broom and bucket that were so dirty and full of hair that it was disgusting. Staff & service: Zero points, I would give a rating of 1 but only because of the guy who works as a waiter in the Tavern I gave it a 2... because he is really great, but I feel that the owner is exploiting him... as the guy is running around like a headless chicken... And the owner sits at his table in the middle of the kitchen and supervises like some kind of slave owner... which I did not like at all... upon arrival, he neither greeted us nor looked at us, when I handed him the remaining money for the accommodation, he couldn't say either Hello or Thank you, I have no idea who the woman is, I didn't see her... no one asked us anything, is everything okay, do we need anything... I fought a battle for parking every day, as in my opinion there are fewer parking spaces than needed, so you have to play spy every day to find a parking spot, and when I parked next to the kitchen, the staff behaved strangely, and after two days I had to ask them if everything was okay, and then they told me I should park somewhere else because it bothers them?! I don't understand why they couldn't tell me right away or give me my parking spot and solve the problem. Generally, very rude and unprofessional... in every accommodation so far, the owners have been fantastic, at least two or three times during the stay they asked if everything was okay... even offering coffee or pastries... this was not the case here! Location: Rating 2 only because everyone praises the location and in reality, most villas are located in the first row, and all have excellent locations to some extent, in my opinion this villa did not have it... even more of them are right next to the road with a direct view of the sea, here that view is blocked by the tavern. So the location isn't great... but it is close to the main market so that's why I give it a 2. Content: there is no content except for two small amusement parks, with little to offer. And one more note, tavern Leon is much better. And even nicer places are on the other side of Toroni near Hotel Akti Toroni, etc... Price-quality ratio: the worst so far... in all accommodation units there was something positive until now... here I found nothing positive... I think that for the same price or even if you pay 5 - 10€ more for accommodation it is worth it because your vacation will be much more pleasant than staying in this horror for the entire holiday. I simply believe that the price cannot justify the quality of the accommodation as it is overpriced and in the end, we only used 3 beds instead of 4 and paid for a narrow, small, dirty three-bed studio at the price of a four-bed one! And this is the first time I must admit that I am not satisfied with Nikan as a representative... this is my third time going through them... and next year I will seriously consider whether to use this site for booking accommodation... because I feel that I have been somewhat deceived on their part... nowhere does it state that the studio is not cleaned and that the upper bed is not functional in the studio due to the air conditioning, and they could have informed me of this during booking, all conversations with Nikan revolved around whether we have free spots and pay the money, we will send you a voucher and inform us how the trip goes (which was sent as an automatic and already prepared email)... and I believe that if they visited the accommodation, it is their duty to say that the studio is narrow, small, non-functional, there is parking but you may have problems parking during the season, etc... etc... I even received more information about some accommodation from our smaller agencies... so all in all, from my side, the Afrodita accommodation is to be avoided, I do not know on what basis our people gave so many nice comments on the cleanliness of the accommodation and kindness, I did not experience that at all, has the level of tolerance of our tourists dropped so much that we allow ourselves to be treated however they want and we accept it with a smile and still praise them everywhere for how great everything is or did I just get the worst accommodation, I don't know... I will seriously consider Nikan for the future, as I have the impression that their quality has dropped, perhaps due to the amount of work, but again it is their responsibility to constantly work on improving the service and not to get into such a situation.

The bedding and towels were not replaced at any point, and the studio was not cleaned at all. I am not asking for excessive cleanliness, but at least they could have left a cloth in the bathroom so we could clean ourselves. We stayed in these apartments during a storm in July. It is an understatement to say that the owners did not check on us even once during or after the storm, nor did they ask if we needed anything, despite the presence of families with small children and pregnant women. Their only concern seemed to be that the tavern was operating and that the generator was running, while they didn't even offer us a candle. There is not enough parking for all the accommodation units.

The accommodation is satisfactory. Modest. The space is a bit cramped. I cannot say that I expected much more. One could say that everything was in line with expectations. Luxury cannot be anticipated. The bed linens are changed every five days, leaving a fresh set on the chair in front of the door. At least for us. As for cleanliness... when we arrived, everything was fine, clean, and washed. I did not expect anyone to clean during our stay, but I did expect a broom and a trash can in the bathroom for our own use... There was a shared trash can and broom on the staircase. That’s how I understood it. Generally, we are not very demanding. We did not meet the hosts. Parking is provided in the yard at all times, which was very important to us. The internet is good. The location is excellent.

This year, I stayed with my family at the Afroditi apartment, and I can say that I am still under the impression, just like my family members, even though it was in June. We rate them a perfect ten on a scale from zero to ten. A wonderful experience, lovely people, and an excellent price-quality ratio. The hospitality is outstanding. The food is exquisite and tasty. The staff is cheerful and always available. Our expectations of this apartment and the town of Toroni were more than fulfilled. We love adventures, are always on the move, and wish to see as much as possible to fully get to know a place. We do not like to repeat destinations, but this place has delighted us with its beautiful beaches, clear sea, and enjoyment depending on our daily mood. If we want intimacy and peace without noise, there is a wide selection of beaches where only the sound of waves can be heard, without music, without sunbeds, and without cafes and taverns. If we desire to sip our favorite drinks under a sunshade with music in the background, looking at a palm tree or at children who enrich the atmosphere with their laughter, the main beach in Toroni is just a stone's throw from our apartment. Everything is close: market, food, sea... A true paradise. We will surely visit this place again, and with the same people, our new friends, our brothers. We share all our beautiful experiences, but sometimes something happens that cannot be predicted, and that is when true friends are recognized. We had a car breakdown near Tigania, where only goats can be seen during the day, and at night it is quiet, serene, and devoid of any living soul. Since we love to stay on the beach until sunset, we did so again this time and left late when the beach had fallen asleep. Not five minutes into our drive, our car broke down. We contacted the apartment owners, but our friend informed us not to worry and that he would come for us as soon as he finished serving dinner to the guests. He appeared like an angel, the owner Pablos, called us brothers, fixed the issue, and drove us to Toroni to ensure we arrived safely so we could call a mechanic the next day. Even his friends from Kriaritsi beach hosted us while we waited for the owner in their beautiful apartment, allowing us to relax and doze off while we waited, completely free of charge, as they cheerfully told us. Thus, our friendship expanded with the introduction of Kristina and her husband. We are thrilled with our brothers, our Greeks. A big greeting from Zemun. Our doors are always open to them.

Charming apartments in the beautiful Toroni, just a stone's throw from the sea; cross the street and you find yourself on the beach :) The apartments are delightful, clean, and adorned with fragrant linens. The owners are exceptionally friendly, and right next door is the tavern Afroditi, known for its delicious food. Everything is fantastic, with a spacious fridge; I kindly request a kettle for the kitchen :) I wholeheartedly recommend the Afroditi apartment!

Everything was exactly as described and as it appears in the photographs. We were accommodated in a triple studio, a small kitchen, but sufficient for a comfortable stay, a toilet, and a small terrace. The accommodation is located on the first line, just across the street, with the sea within easy reach, and nearby there are a gyro shop, a store, and a children's playroom. I believe it has the best location of all in the center of Toroni itself. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with everything and would gladly visit this place again. The Afroditi accommodation is located in the front row by the sea, featuring a tavern that serves a wide variety of delicious dishes. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the owner is always at your service, even for the smallest requests, and she is extremely courteous. The drawbacks of the apartment we stayed in are that it faced a street that is quite busy in the morning (although one quickly gets used to it), the stove heats up slowly, and the furniture is somewhat old but functional. This accommodation comes highly recommended.

We visited Sithonia and Toroni for the first time. The apartment is in a perfect location, everything is within reach. There is a parking area, a lovely terrace, and a gyros stand just a meter away. It was the first time in my life that we turned on the air conditioning without having to close the window completely; kudos for that, as we enjoy having a bit of fresh air come in. For the second consecutive year, we are staying at Afroditi Apartments and we are truly delighted. Everything is just as it is depicted on the website, and even a bit better. This year, a canopy was installed in the parking area, allowing cars to remain shaded throughout the day. The apartment was well-equipped, and if anything was lacking, the attentive and genuinely wonderful hosts resolved it immediately. The food at the tavern is exceptionally delicious. The sound insulation of the apartment is excellent, so we did not hear any noise, even though the apartments are in the center, and ours was right by the street. All in all, thanks to Nikana, we received detailed information and answers to all possible questions, so we knew exactly where we were going and what to expect, and due to the kindness of the hosts, we enjoyed a truly relaxing holiday.

The apartment is functional, equipped with everything necessary, and features a spacious terrace, just as described on your website. It is located in an excellent area, with the beach right across the street, a supermarket just 10 meters away, and a children's play area very close by. I highly recommend it for families with younger children.

The description of the property almost entirely reflects the actual condition. I believe that in addition to the description, you should also include the room's square footage. Room 1A, where I stayed, is exceptionally small for a triple room. If it were a double room, it would be impeccable; however, it lacked a bit of comfort. The dining table is located on the terrace, which is covered and has an awning, but I still got caught in the rain twice while sitting on the terrace, as there is nowhere to go inside, and it was pouring outside.

I am truly satisfied with this exceptionally beautiful and pleasant accommodation. First of all, we found a CLEAN studio, and we received exactly what we were looking for - a studio with a double bed and bunk beds. Everything is new, including the furniture and dishes, and to my great surprise and delight, the refrigerator is large. The terrace is lovely and spacious, with a tree in front that provides shade. A parking space is provided for every guest. The downsides are: the studio overlooks the restaurant's kitchen, making it quite noisy until late, and the air conditioning units from the same restaurant also contribute to the noise. I did not expect to maintain the studio's hygiene myself, nor to change the bedding on my own. Specifically, there is a broom, a bucket, and a dustpan on the staircase, and the bedding and clean towels await you at your door only once during those ten days. This is not really in line with the accommodation price, but that's alright. All in all, I recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in a triple studio on the first floor, which was small but had a terrace, and the accommodation was more or less satisfactory. However, there is a significant issue with low water pressure, making every shower a nightmare. Additionally, there is considerable noise from trucks and a nearby restaurant late into the evening, throughout the night, and in the early morning hours. Everything else was fine. The beach, a store, and a children's play area are nearby, as well as restaurants.

Greetings to everyone interested in the Afrodita accommodation. I would like to share my experience, which has been truly wonderful. The accommodation is exceptionally decent and tailored for a comfortable stay. Everything is very clean, which was of great importance to me. The bed linens are changed every 5 days, as stated on their website, which is quite sufficient. Additionally, the beds are comfortable enough for a good rest. You have all the necessary items that a kitchen should have, so if you wish to prepare a meal, you can do so. Regarding the bathroom, what mattered most to me was the abundant hot water I had. And importantly, everything is within reach: a shop, the beach, and a playground for children, as well as their restaurant. As you may have noticed, all comments are positive; these are simply my impressions, which, as I mentioned at the beginning, are very pleasant... but I must point out that the only thing that bothered me was the so-called 'accordion' door of the bathroom, which slightly reduces privacy. It bothered me, but that doesn't mean it will bother you. I hope my impressions will help you at least a little; I made an effort to paint a vivid picture for you, but certainly, if you choose the Afrodita accommodation, you won't regret it. Best regards.

Toroni is a small, tranquil place, perfect for a family vacation, featuring a beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. Arfiditi is an exceptionally good establishment that not only lies in close proximity to the beach itself but is also near the center of Toroni, while still being a peaceful location, free from the hustle and bustle. Right next to the Villa is the best-stocked shop, and nearby is a unique souvenir shop and a beach equipment store, as well as some of the finest tavernas and gyro restaurants. On the beach in front of the Villa, there are two bars offering sun loungers, but there is also plenty of free space for setting up your own umbrellas. The studio (triple) where we stayed was spacious enough and well-equipped, and most importantly, very clean. There is a large wardrobe sufficient to accommodate all the necessary and unnecessary items :) that we brought with us. The kitchen is very well equipped and has complete utensils and dishes for 6 people (the kitchen equipment includes utensils that are not usually found in such establishments, like wine bottle openers). The refrigerator is large and has a freezer compartment. There is hot water at all times, and there are mosquitoes. Bed linen and towels were left for changing during the stay. The staff is particularly friendly, accommodating every request from guests. Everyone speaks English, making it easy to communicate with them, even with their oldest member - the grandmother :) who is almost always present in the courtyard and is very pleasant, always cheerful and friendly, and sometimes provides a lot of useful information about the place. There is parking space in the courtyard - under the shade of the trees. The Wi-Fi is exceptionally good, the signal is very strong so we had no issues in that regard. All in all, Villa Afrodite is an excellent choice, a place where I would surely return.

The location is perfect; it couldn't be better, as everything is just about thirty meters from the house. The apartment was decent, equipped with all necessary amenities, and the staff was very friendly.

The accommodation is acceptable, but the place Toroni is a disaster. It is so quiet that even retirees wouldn't want to go there; there is no nightlife, empty taverns without music, no shops, and no people during the season. It feels entirely depressing and deserted, a place where no one makes an effort to attract tourists.

Everything we expected, we received: a renovated studio, quality furniture, close to a beautiful beach, friendly staff always at our disposal, secured parking, and proximity to a well-stocked supermarket.

A solid accommodation in an excellent location. I am not certain about the square footage, but everything is quite miniature. In the four-person apartment, there is only one wardrobe, yet there are two bedside tables and three nightstands beside the bed. I would gladly exchange all that for at least one more wardrobe. The apartment can accommodate ONLY ONE person, considering there is only one chair, and there is no room for more. Seating is limited to the terrace. The conclusion is that everything is bearable for a short period, but the apartments that "face" the courtyard have an advantage due to the unbearable noise coming from the street (1m).

Toroni is a wonderful place with a beautiful beach; the sea is crystal clear and there are no crowds. The accommodation was extremely decent, as were the owners. The things that bothered us included the noise from the tavern across the street and the arrival of tankers that clean the septic tanks that every house has; the stench that spreads during that time is truly awful. Lastly, I want to mention that they have definitely overdone it with the prices of everything in Toroni; the prices are exorbitant in restaurants as well as in shops. I don’t think it’s ideal enough to warrant such high costs. They have gone too far.

Absolutely the best accommodation we have ever experienced. The hosts are unobtrusive yet exceptionally kind. The lodging is typically Greek, but remarkably clean. Everything functions perfectly. It is evident that continuous investments are being made in the villa. There are plenty of towels, hot water is always available, shaded parking, large terraces with awnings, and all windows and doors are equipped with screens. The beach is as close as possible, and there are two gyros places within reach. On our last day, we asked if they could vacuum our car, which they kindly did without hesitation (along with a power extension cord!). Truly, all praise. Much worse accommodations were significantly more expensive, which only highlights that the hosts are genuine and reasonable people.

Warm, hospitable, unobtrusive, yet always available for anything needed at any moment. Impeccably clean, which I consider the most important aspect. The relationship between the price and quality of everything offered by Afroditi Apartments is absolutely justified. The proximity to the beach (it cannot be closer), the tavern within the complex is the best in town, the most visited, with a diverse menu, and right next to the tavern is a market with the best selection. Everything we need is just a few steps away. The car is safely parked in the yard, under natural shade. We have already placed our trust in them twice, which indicates that our criteria have been fully met in every sense. We are definitely returning next year....

I would like to leave a comment regarding the accommodation at the AFRODITI apartment in Toroni. I stayed there in mid-August 2016 and spent an exceptionally pleasant 10 days. The rooms and yard were tidy and clean, the bed linens were neatly changed during my stay, parking for the car was provided, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made us feel like cherished guests. This greatly contributed to the remarkably positive impression we carried from this year’s vacation in Sithonia.

It was my first time going to Greece for a beach vacation. I chose Toroni because it seemed to me that the sea was clean and the place was peaceful. I did not make a mistake, as we visited nearby locations all the way to Nikiti on this side and Sarti on that side. This is the best place, beach and sea! A gem! I was very positively surprised by the accommodation. The hosts are friendly and eager to help at any moment, whether you ask them or they see what you need! The rooms are clean, the facilities have everything you need for a pleasant stay, even mosquito nets, which are not too many, but details matter. The beach is just across the yard of the house, you just cross the road and you are at the sea! Right next to the house is a good gyros place and a store, the best stocked in Toroni, as well as kiosks with beach supplies, and regarding food, I recommend the host's restaurant Afroditi, which is the best in the area with affordable prices for Greece. One day was a bit gloomy, so we visited a nearby fortress. Work is ongoing, it says that entry is prohibited, but we didn’t know English :) so we took some pictures there. The local government or state needs to do something with these works and excavations, so that the site of the old fortress can be brought to a level where visitors can enter without problems, even if they have to pay a ticket and learn about the history of this fortress, the place, and our close people, and maybe we even have the same ancestors... What I would recommend as an activity at the sea is diving with good equipment, as the water is clear and visible even in the late afternoon hours, which you cannot experience at other seas. Clear and warm water was another plus compared to other seas I have been to. There is no need to be cautious and dip your toes, just jump straight into the water! The beach is wide, beautiful, with fine golden pebbles, you can set up your umbrella wherever you want, there is no crowd and no one to jump over you! You can also use their sunbeds with drinks, however you prefer. Thus, all the nearby places on both sides of Toroni cannot compare to this place. I saw few of my fellow citizens - people from Novi Sad, mostly people from Belgrade and a few from other places in Serbia and from BJR Macedonia, to be correct. In the evening, the options for going out are limited, although there are some (if I were about 20 years old, as they say, the evening is boring), but since I am middle-aged, it was more than enough for me. All in all, very positive experiences with both the place and the hosts provide guidance for me and for you for the next (or this) year.

From the first to the last day, everything was excellent. Anna, the owner, is a very cultured and reasonable person with whom everything can be negotiated. We are extremely satisfied with the overall service provided by Anna and Jorgos, as well as in Toronto itself. A very important aspect is that there is no noise, commotion, or loud music. The beach is clean, and the water is crystal clear throughout the day. Sometimes, there can be a strong wind at the beach, but it is nothing alarming. In the town, you have restaurants and fast food places, desserts, a small amusement park, and a market right next to the Afroditi apartments. The beach is across the street, so everything is concentrated in one location. All in all, a strong recommendation...

The accommodation is modest yet very beautiful. The hostess Ana is exceptionally kind. It is calm and quiet, perfect for children. There is a stunning wide beach nearby with exceptionally clean water.
