Description
If you're looking for quality accommodation in the first row to the sea, Iolida Haus can be a good choice. The accommodation was built in 2011, it's equipped with quality furniture and gives the guests complete comfort. Due to the proximity of the beach, it's an excellent choice for couples and families with children.
The beach is at only 50m (across the street), while the nearest supermarket and tavernas are about 250m away.
They offer four apartments (52m2). Two are quadruple, and two are quintuple. Two apartments (one quadruple and a quintuple) are located on the first floor, while the other two are located on the second floor.
Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one more double bed (apartment on the second floor), i.e. two connected single beds (apartment on the first floor) in the room with a kitchen. Quintuple apartments have one double bed and a single bunk bed in the room with a kitchen, while the second double bed is in the bedroom. Quadruple apartments overlook the sea and have a slightly larger terrace, while the quintuple apartments have a side view (the upper apartment overlooks the neighbouring courtyard, while the lower apartment overlooks the neighbouring building) and smaller terraces.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, electric kettle and dining table, bathroom with a shower (quintuple apartments have two bathrooms) and a balcony with table and chairs (quadruple apartments have awnings).
Private parking is provided across the street, because the yard does not exist. Owners also offer two sunbeds and a parasol at a price of 5e.
Drive down the main street by the sea towards the Aphrodite tavern. Iolida Haus is located 150m after the tavern, on the right-hand side.
If you're looking for a comfortable and quality accommodation just a few steps from the beautiful beach, Iolida Haus can be the right choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan. Interesuje me smeštaj u objektu Iolida House, u Toroniju. Vidim da je dostupan smeštaj za potrebne datume, ali imam drugu nedomnicu. Naime, interesuje me apartman sa 4 kreveta, sa pogledom na more, a nas ima 2 odrasle osobe i troje dece do 10 godina, od kojih je jedno beba. Za bebu bismo nosili krevetac. Kad ukucam broj osoba u ponudi mi da 5-krevetni apartman, s tim što on nema pogled na more. Da li možemo da zakažemo 4-krevetni i ponesemo naš krevetac? Period boravka bi bio kraj juna, početak jula. Hvala unapred.

Hello, We are interested in staying from 16/08-28/08/2024 (12 nights). We are interested in two apartments with a separate bedroom, on the upper floor with a kitchenette, large fridge with freezer, balcony, air conditioning and a nice view of the sea and space for a car: 1) one apartment - 2 adults and 1 child aged 17 and a tiny one , quiet dog York 2) second apartment - 3 adults and 1 child aged 10. Please can you tell me what floor the apartments are on? We would like pictures of the apartments and the view from the balcony. Instead of apartments, there can also be a house for 7 people or 2 separate smaller houses. Please tell me the price for 12 days and what is included in the price?
