If you’re looking for quality accommodation in the first row to the sea, Iolida Haus can be a good choice. The accommodation was built in 2011, it’s equipped with quality furniture and gives the guests complete comfort. Due to the proximity of the beach, it’s an excellent choice for couples and families with children.

The beach is at only 50m (across the street), while the nearest supermarket and tavernas are about 250m away.

They offer four apartments (52m2). Two are quadruple, and two are quintuple. Two apartments (one quadruple and a quintuple) are located on the first floor, while the other two are located on the second floor.

Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and one more double bed (apartment on the second floor), i.e. two connected single beds (apartment on the first floor) in the room with a kitchen. Quintuple apartments have one double bed and a single bunk bed in the room with a kitchen, while the second double bed is in the bedroom. Quadruple apartments overlook the sea and have a slightly larger terrace, while the quintuple apartments have a side view (the upper apartment overlooks the neighbouring courtyard, while the lower apartment overlooks the neighbouring building) and smaller terraces.

The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, electric kettle and dining table, bathroom with a shower (quintuple apartments have two bathrooms) and a balcony with table and chairs (quadruple apartments have awnings).

Private parking is provided across the street, because the yard does not exist. Owners also offer two sunbeds and a parasol at a price of 5e.

Drive down the main street by the sea towards the Aphrodite tavern. Iolida Haus is located 150m after the tavern, on the right-hand side.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and quality accommodation just a few steps from the beautiful beach, Iolida Haus can be the right choice.

The accommodation is excellent! The owner is very accommodating and always meets all requests. The proximity to the sea and recommendations for families with children are notable.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
