Fotini’s Studios 2 is a nice accommodation near the beautiful sandy beach of Toroni. If you are searching for combination of affordable price, excellent location, clean accommodation and kind owner, this accommodation is the right choice for your vacation.

Owners own two houses - Fotini’s Studios and Fotini’s Studios 2. Fotini’s Studios 2 is at about 180m from the beach, while the nearest supermarket with a bakery, as well as the first restaurants can be found at 130m.

The house has a total of six units. Four triple studios (20m2) can be used as double as well. They have one double and a single bed in the same room with a kitchen. Two studios are located on the high ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. Two quadruple apartments (4 + 1) (35m2) have one double bed narrower than the standard in the bedroom, as well as two bunk beds in the room with a kitchen. One apartment is on the first floor, while the other one is on the high ground floor. All accommodation units are facing the front side of the building overlooking the yard.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets, in agreement with the owners you can get a baby cot and a hairdryer. The studios have a kitchen equipped with two hot plates and a small fridge with a freezer, the apartments have an oven in addition, while the bathrooms have only tiles, some of them are with the curtain. Wireless internet is available on the terraces and in the courtyard, while it’s much weaker inside the units. The terraces are separated, with tables and chairs, as well as a laundry dryer. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every four days. Pets are allowed.

The private parking is available, as well as the garden full of greenery and shade, with barbecue and tables with chairs.

You can reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea. After passing the Aphrodite tavern, after 100m you will turn in the semi-paved street and after 100m you will reach accommodation Fotini.

Fotini’s Studios 2 is an ideal accommodation for those looking for renovated accommodation units, located in a quiet environment, yet very close to the beach.

Everything was excellent at Fotini2. The host was kind, the location was good, though the studio was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a good experience.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
