CN Studios started operating in 2019, and it is a great choice for anyone looking for new and modern accommodation, just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

It is located on the first floor of a building in the second row from the sea, and it is only 60m away from the beach. The closest market is 200m away from the accommodation, as well as the taverns.

They offer a quadruple apartment (40m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two folding sofa beds in a room with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils, a stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a large refrigerator with freezer. In the kitchen, there is also a dining table, washing machine and electric vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is new and it has a shower tray with a curtain.

The apartment has two smart TV sets, WiFi internet, air conditioning, fan, hairdryer, safe box, mosquito nets and tumble dryer. The terrace has a partial sea view and a seating set. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights, and cleaning is performed upon request.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their cars in the streets around the accommodation.

You can reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea. After passing the Smile market, after 200m you will come to a small entrance where the buildings are located, on the left. There is also CN accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
