Our description

CN Studios started operating in 2019, and it is a great choice for anyone looking for new and modern accommodation, just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

It is located on the first floor of a building in the second row from the sea, and it is only 60m away from the beach. The closest market is 200m away from the accommodation, as well as the taverns.

They offer a quadruple apartment (40m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two folding sofa beds in a room with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils, a stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a large refrigerator with freezer. In the kitchen, there is also a dining table, washing machine and electric vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is new and it has a shower tray with a curtain.

The apartment has two smart TV sets, WiFi internet, air conditioning, fan, hairdryer, safe box, mosquito nets and tumble dryer. The terrace has a partial sea view and a seating set. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights, and cleaning is performed upon request.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their cars in the streets around the accommodation.

You can reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea. After passing the Smile market, after 200m you will come to a small entrance where the buildings are located, on the left. There is also CN accommodation.

The CN Studios welcomes you to its fully renovated accommodation in 2019 (June 2019) and the purpose of enjoying your pleasant and comfortable stay in a 40m2 apartment located on the first floor of a complex in Toroni Halkidiki just a few meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and functional and can accommodate up to four people.

Toroni is located on the second foot of Halkidiki. It is 145km from the city of Thessaloniki, 20km after Neos Marmaras and 2km before the picturesque port of Porto Koufo. Toroni is an ideal place for holidays and relaxation and has a stunning 3km long beach extending from the ancient Toroni castle to Korakas.

The apartment has a bedroom with one double bed, double wardrobe, safe deposit box and a 32'' smart TV, a kitchen with electric appliances (kettle, oven and ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine) and all necessary cooking utensils, a living room with dining table for four persons, two comfortable sofa beds and a 39'' smart TV, fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a balcony with table, two armchairs, two stools, umbrella and a wall-mounted tumble dryer. Amenities include A/C, fan, WiFi internet and electric vacuum cleaner.

Near the accommodation, there are markets, few taverns, beach bars and a playground for children.
