Our description
Diakos House is the accommodation in a quiet part of Toroni, about 350m from the sandy beach, the nearest store and other amenities. It offers a pleasant holiday to its guests with excellent value for money, it's extremely clean and the owner is very friendly.
There are seven studios available. Four quadruple studios (20m2) have one double and two bunk beds. Three triple studio (18m2), one of them with double and a single bed, and two of them have one double and a single drawer bed. Three bed studios can be rented as a two bed studios.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, a kitchen with hot plates, small fridge with freezer and dining table, shower with a curtain in the bathroom, tumble dryer and a terrace with table, chairs and a large umbrella.
After four days, the guests will get clean towels and linen for replacement.
There is enough parking space in the large, unfenced courtyard, as well as two built barbecues.
You can reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea. When you reach the Afroditi Tavern, you will turn left into the street and drive another 250m. After reaching Magda accommodation on the left, you will turn into a small street right next to the accommodation and after 50m you will see Diakos House.
Diakos House can be a great choice for families with children and couples who'd want to enjoy in a quiet location.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate slobodan smeštaj za 2 odrasle osobe, jedno dete od 2 godine i bebu od 8 meseci? Fleksibilni smo sa datumom, ostali bi 10 do 15 dana, jul ili avgust mesec, samo da je od 9. u mesecu. Neophodni su nam kuhinjica, parking, i zgodan prilaz zbog decjih kolica. Hvala na odgovoru.

Smestaj je cist, lep, moderan, ima sve sto je potrebno. Kreveti udobni, dovoljno peskira, posteljine i svega sto vam treba. Napolju je super dvoriste, ima rostilj koji moze da se koristi. Vlasnica je jedna jako kulturna i draga zena, i nemam nikakvih zamerki.

Један од најлепших смештаја у Грчкој у ком смо били. Нзм шта бих издвојила на прво место јер је стварно све за похвалу. Смештај је локацијски скроз ок, чак мсм и ближи него што пише на сајту, пар мин шетње до плаже. Паркинга колико год желиш. Власници много фини и љубазни, једино што не знају енглески па је отежана комуникација, али су толико пријатни да је то занемарљиво. Сам апартман је чист, нов, уредан, кухиња има све што ти може затребати. Купатило уредно. Топле (да не кажем вреле) воде има у свако доба дана и ноћи, притисак воде изненађујуће добар, то никада у Грчкој нисмо видели. Постељину и пешкире (и тоалет папир) смо добили на 3 дана,све чисто и миришљаво. У кухињи нас је дочекао нови сунђер, магична крпа, пуна бочица течности за посуђе, у купатилу исто тако течни сапун и тоалет папир који смо добијали и уз постељину сваки пут. Нов моп за брисање у канти.
