Our description
Irini's House is located approximately 160m away from the city beach in Toroni, as well as from the nearest supermarket and tavern. It can be an excellent choice for those who wish to spend a peaceful vacation close to the beach.
The accommodation offers two four-bed apartments, both situated on the ground floor with access to the yard. In front of the apartments, there is a seating area with a table and chairs. Both apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen and dining room area.
The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a built-in hob with two burners, a microwave, and a kettle. The bathrooms have a shower area enclosed with glass, and a hairdryer is provided for guests.
In the fenced yard, there is a guaranteed parking space monitored by cameras 24/7.
Bed linen and towels can be changed halfway through the stay. If requested by guests, the owner will provide them with towels and bed linen for self-replacement. The cleanliness of the apartments is also maintained by guests, with necessary cleaning supplies provided by the owner.
After entering Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach, pass by the Afroditi Tavern, and 500m further, turn into the fourth alley after the tavern. After turning, continue driving for approximately 100-130m, and you will see Irini's accommodation.
Due to its amenities and proximity to the beach and other facilities, it can be an excellent choice for families of four.

Irini's House is located in a place whose beginnings date back to ancient times, the small town of Toroni on the southwest side of the Sithonia peninsula, 160m from the beach.
This accommodation offers one-bedroom apartments for a maximum of four adults. The apartments, located on the ground floor of the unfinished house, have a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
In these air-conditioned apartments, guests have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer chamber, a kettle, an electric coffee pot, and a microwave oven.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on the furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Halfway through the stay, the guests change the bed linen and towels themselves, and they must first request that a set of bed linen and towels be delivered to them since they are not available.
A parking space monitored by security cameras is provided for accommodation guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
