Irini's House is located approximately 160m away from the city beach in Toroni, as well as from the nearest supermarket and tavern. It can be an excellent choice for those who wish to spend a peaceful vacation close to the beach.
The accommodation offers two four-bed apartments, both situated on the ground floor with access to the yard. In front of the apartments, there is a seating area with a table and chairs. Both apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen and dining room area.
The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a built-in hob with two burners, a microwave, and a kettle. The bathrooms have a shower area enclosed with glass, and a hairdryer is provided for guests.
In the fenced yard, there is a guaranteed parking space monitored by cameras 24/7.
Bed linen and towels can be changed halfway through the stay. If requested by guests, the owner will provide them with towels and bed linen for self-replacement. The cleanliness of the apartments is also maintained by guests, with necessary cleaning supplies provided by the owner.
After entering Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach, pass by the Afroditi Tavern, and 500m further, turn into the fourth alley after the tavern. After turning, continue driving for approximately 100-130m, and you will see Irini's accommodation.
Due to its amenities and proximity to the beach and other facilities, it can be an excellent choice for families of four.

Owner description
Irini's House is located in a place whose origins date back to ancient times, the small town of Toroni on the southwest side of the Sithonia peninsula, and 160m away from the beach.
The property consists of two types of accommodation units.
The apartments, located on the ground floor, are intended for up to four adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two persons.
Accommodation units (No.4, No.5, No.6) consisting of two levels can accommodate a maximum of six people. On the first level (on the first floor), there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the attic), there is a double bed on an open gallery. The living room includes a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons.
Within these air-conditioned accommodation units, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment or a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, an electric coffee maker, and a microwave oven. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a glass screen.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartments during their stay. They are also responsible for changing the bed linen and towels halfway through their stay, but they must request the set beforehand as it is not readily available.
The accommodation provides a parking space for guests, monitored by security cameras.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
