Owners description
Nikos House is located in a settlement built in the Cycladic style, on the west coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in the second row and 110m away from the beach with golden sand and turquoise sea, Aretes Beach, while from the nearest larger town, Toroni, it is at distance of 5 km. Near the accommodation, there is only one tavern and one bar on the beach, which guarantees guests a peaceful vacation away from the crowds and noise characteristic of larger resorts.
According to its structure, Nikos House is a maisonette on two levels that can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. On the lower level, which is at the level of the semi-basement, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, which is at the level of the upper ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, one bedroom has two beds for one person, while one bedroom has one bed for one person with larger dimensions than a standard bed.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this accommodation, which is not air-conditioned, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, TV, fan, hairdryer, toilet, bathroom with washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the yard, whether you want to relax on the sunbeds or drink your favorite drinks on the sofa or under the gazebo that is an integral part of this yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The guests of this accommodation have at their disposal, within the price, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
The guests themselves do the cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 40€ per service.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Hello, we are interested in your accomodation during ten days anywhere from 24.07.2024 to 15.08.2024. Can you please inform us about free apartmants/studios in that period. We are two families with 7 kids (16,16,15,15,9,7,4) and we are most interested in two or three apartments. We are looking forward to your response. Danilo from Serbia!
