Owner description
Mika Apartment is situated on the southwest coast of the Sithonia peninsula, in the village of Toroni, boasting one of the longest beaches with fine golden sand on Sithonia, from which the accommodation is only 60m away.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed for two.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days on the balconies equipped with seating furniture. Each room has access to a balcony.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je vrlo komforan, na odlicnoj lokaciji. Gazda je vrlo ljubazan i prijatan. Uvek je bio tu za nas kada god nam je trebala pomoc. Mesto je manje, za pravi porodican odmor i za porodicu sa decom, posebno. Plaze su odlicne sa prelepim zalaskom sunca. Sve pohvale.

Poštovani, interesuje me ovaj smeštaj recimo od 20.08.2024. za porodicu od 2 odrasle osobe i troje male dece od 4 i 3 godine i beba od 9 meseci. Ako možete da mi rastumačite cenu smeštaja i da li na plaži postoje ležaljke i suncobrani ili mogu da ponesem svoj suncobran. I da li se smeštaj može naći na Google Maps da se vidi lokacija.
