Friendly View Apartment in Toroni is situated just 40 meters from the beach and housed within a pleasant complex. It’s perfect for families wanting to enjoy the proximity to the sea and a peaceful environment, with easy access to all local amenities.
The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a single bed and the possibility to add another auxiliary bed, while the kitchen area includes two single beds.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster.

The accommodation has a very good location, close to the beach (30 m) and yet tucked away from the main street. The accommodation is located in a very nicely designed complex of duplex houses with a ground floor and an upper floor; specifically, this accommodation is on the ground floor, which in my opinion is a better option. It has a very nice terrace of about 15 m² and you are literally not dependent on beach umbrellas because you are close to the beach and can spend time on the terrace between swimming in the sea. The part of the beach at the level of the apartment complex can be occupied by umbrellas all day, so you will not really have space for your own umbrella, which the apartment otherwise provides (as well as folding beach chairs). Parking can usually be found along the main road, so that is not a problem. A market is located 20 m from the entrance gate of the accommodation, while the pizzeria that accepts takeout orders from 6 p.m. is about 40 m away. The beds in the accommodation are comfortable. Hygiene throughout the apartment could be at a higher level; when we arrived, the air was quite stale and it was not very clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen, although it did not bother me. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady who showed us into the apartment told us that the dishwasher was not working, so we did not use it. There was also no need to turn on the air conditioning (daily temperatures did not exceed 28°C). What bothered us the most was the smell of sewage that can be felt at certain intervals during the day, most often around 11-12 a.m. and from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., although that has nothing to do with this apartment because it can be smelled throughout the whole area. In the evening there are a lot of mosquitoes, although there are mosquito nets; the one with the sliding mechanism on the terrace did not work very well, so an occasional mosquito managed to get into the room.

The apartment can be recognized by its beautiful courtyard, although its name is not mentioned anywhere. We only saw the young landlady upon entering the room, and for further communication regarding issues in the apartment, I recommend contacting Nikana directly, who will promptly resolve any problems. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with various amenities and appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, large refrigerator with a freezer, stove with an oven, microwave, dishes, and a beach umbrella. We used our own towels as we only found beach towels in the apartment. The terrace is lovely and spacious with a view of the sea and the fortress, but it is quite open and lacks privacy. Next to the apartment is a supermarket, and across the street is a beautiful sandy beach.
