Description
Thomas House is located in the first row by the sea, just 50m away from the sandy beach of Tripotamos, surrounded mainly by private villas on the western coast of Sithonia. The beach is situated between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, with the center of Neos Marmaras being 5km away.
The nearest market is at 3.5km, while the first restaurant and beach bar are at 200m, in front of Camping Castello.
The accommodation unit is a three-level maisonette and is intended for the stay of ten people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and an additional bathroom, while the attic features an open gallery. Two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with double beds, while the third one has a sofa for two people and an open sleeping space on the gallery with a mattress for two. Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony, both furnished with seating sets and offering an incredible sea view.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a big oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. One bathroom has a shower cabin, while the other one has a bathtub with a curtain. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. All reservations require a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
In the carefully maintained yard, guests can barbecue with family and friends. The yard leads directly to the sandy beach, where guests have two sun loungers and an umbrella provided.
Private parking within the complex is available for the villa guests.
Coming from Nikiti, across from Petros Italos on the main road to Neos Marmaras, turn slightly right and follow the road all the way to the coast. Drive to the last villas located right next to the beach, Thomas House being the second house from the sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
