On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms - the first one with two single beds, the second one with a double bed, and a bathroom. The second floor features a bedroom with a double bed.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, internet, and TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is also a washing machine in the accommodation. Cleaning is done once upon arrival.
The house has a private garden in front, ideal for relaxation, as well as a barbecue for outdoor meal preparation and parking for guests. The nearest supermarket is located 500m away.
The sandy beach in front of the complex offers excellent conditions for sunbathing and swimming, perfect for a family vacation or relaxation by the sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
