Pefka Studios and Apartments is an accommodation surrounded by high trees and greenery in Vourvourou, ideal for families looking for a stay close to the beach in a quiet environment. Kind owners will make your stay even more pleasant.
It was renovated in 2001 and located 80m from the sea. The beach is sandy, but narrow, and people are leaving the boats in that part. The nearest supermarket and taverns are at about 100m.
This accommodation consists of four apartments and four studios, set on the ground floor and the first floor. All have about 30m2 of living area and two balconies, having in mind that the balcony on the back of the house is shared. The apartments have one double bed iand one sofa bed n the bedroom, and one sofa bed in the kitchen. Studios are with one double and one sofa bed, with a possibility to add an auxiliary extra bed. Two apartments and two studios are located on the first floor, and two apartments and two studios are on the ground floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. They have a kitchen with stove and oven and large fridge with freezer. The bathrooms have a shower cabin or edged shower area with the curtain, drying rack, and there is a shared washing machine, which you can use in agreement with the owner, and with a certain fee.
In the spacious courtyard on the right there is a small playground for children with swings and a shower in the garden, and on the left side there is parking for all guests. Five parking spaces are covered, and guests have a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are being replaced on a half stay.
Accommodation is easy to find, because it is on the main street that passes through Vourvourou. As soon as you enter in Vourvourou, after 1.8km you will see a villa on the right.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location for visiting numerous beaches, all within a maximum distance of 10 km! The hosts are wonderful and unobtrusive people! Highly recommended!!!!!
