Our description
Ioannis Apartments are located only 5min away from the beach in Vourvourou. Surrounded by arranged yard, with toys for children, it is an ideal accommodation for families with children.
Accommodation is located in the main street, about 300m from the beach and 600m from the nearest market. The famous beach Karidi can be easily reached by car in 7 minutes.
There are a total of five apartments (30m2), one on the ground floor (3-4 steps below the yard level), two on the first floor and two on the second floor. All have a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a drawer bed in the room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, internet, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and balcony. Some apartments have a large fridge. Apartments on the first and second floor, have a mountain view from one side, and towards the sea from the other, even though the sea is not too visible due to the thick tree trunks. Apartments on the ground floor are not available for online reservations this year. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen is done every 3-4 days.
There’s a covered barbecue and a small playground for children in the backyard. Parking is also provided for all guests.
When you turn from the main road to Vourvourou, drive trough the street in Vourvourou and after around 600m you will see the accommodation on the left.

Apartment (30m2) for four adults is air-conditioned and has a separate bedroom and kitchenette. Opening to a furnished balcony, it’s located either on the first or second floor.
Apartment (30m2) for two adults and two children comes with one double and two single beds.
Family apartment (30m2) on the ground floor features a balcony, air conditioning and dining area.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
