Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Filippos By the Sea Resort is located right on the beach, in a quiet part of Vourvourou, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation offers beautifully decorated and spacious studios and apartments, modernly equipped and comfortable for longer stays. Its direct proximity to the sea allows guests to enjoy swimming and sea views every day, while the peaceful surroundings provide a complete sense of tranquility and rest. The property is pleasantly secluded—just enough to escape the everyday noise and stress—perfect for true lovers of nature and peace. Vourvourou is not a typical Greek coastal village; it has no promenade or crowds, which makes it special and ideal for those seeking a calm and restful atmosphere. Nearby is the famous Karidi Beach, known for its turquoise, crystal-clear water, and nature lovers can also enjoy Mount Itamos, which rises above the area and offers excellent hiking trails.
The house was built in 2012 and is located 150 m from the nearest supermarket and tavern.
The accommodation is situated directly on the beach. It consists of eight units in total: three double studios, four four-bed apartments, and one four-bed apartment with two bedrooms.
The double studios feature one double bed in the same room as the kitchen and are suitable for up to two adults. The four-bed apartments can accommodate up to four adults and include one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. One apartment has two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a separate living room with a kitchen. If needed, the owner can provide a baby cot.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi internet, a TV, and a hairdryer, while a safety deposit box is available only in the two-bedroom apartment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two hotplates and a small oven, as well as a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Cleaning is provided daily, and towels and bed linen are changed after three nights.
The owners also run a boat rental agency that organizes boat trips to Ammouliani, Mount Athos, and around Sithonia. For more information, you can contact the owners directly on-site.
When you enter Vourvourou, continue straight for about 1.7 km, and on the left side, you will see the turn leading to the beach where this accommodation is located.
