Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Filippos Resort is a complex in Vourvourou, consisting of three buildings. Filippos 1 and 3 are in close proximity one to another, while Filippos 2 is close to Karidi beach. Filippos Resort is an excellent choice for families with small children, because all three facilities are located near the beach.
The house was built in 2012., and the nearest supermarket and tavern are 150m away.
Filippos Resort 1 By the Sea is the only one located on the beach. It consists of seven accommodation units, four quadruple apartments, one quadruple duplex apartment and two double studios.
Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, and another double or two single beds in a room with the kitchen. One apartment has two bedrooms with a double and two single beds, as well as a separate living room with a kitchen. Double studios have one double bed in the same room as the kitchen. If necessary, the owner can provide a baby cot for children. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and linen are replaced after three nights.
All units have air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment and a bathroom with separate shower and one glass. Some accommodation units have a direct or side sea view. In the courtyard there is a private parking, covered part with a table and chairs, as well as a small playground for children.
The owners have a rent-a-boat agency which is also organizing tours to Ammouliani, Mount Athos and around Sithonia. For more informations you can ask directly the owners, when you arrive there.
When you enter Vourvourou, you will continue straight for 1.7km, and on the left you will see the turn to the beach where this accommodation is located.
