Our description
Filippos Resort is a complex in Vourvourou, consisting of three buildings. Filippos 1 and 3 are in close proximity one to another, while Filippos 2 is close to Karidi beach. Filippos Resort is an excellent choice for families with small children, because all three facilities are located near the beach.
The house was built in 2012., and the nearest supermarket and tavern are 150m away.
Filippos Resort 1 By the Sea is the only one located on the beach. It consists of seven accommodation units, four quadruple apartments, one quadruple duplex apartment and two double studios.
Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, and another double or two single beds in a room with the kitchen. One apartment has two bedrooms with a double and two single beds, as well as a separate living room with a kitchen. Double studios have one double bed in the same room as the kitchen. If necessary, the owner can provide a baby cot for children. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and linen are replaced after three nights.
All units have air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment and a bathroom with separate shower and one glass. Some accommodation units have a direct or side sea view. In the courtyard there is a private parking, covered part with a table and chairs, as well as a small playground for children.
The owners have a rent-a-boat agency which is also organizing tours to Ammouliani, Mount Athos and around Sithonia. For more informations you can ask directly the owners, when you arrive there.
When you enter Vourvourou, you will continue straight for 1.7km, and on the left you will see the turn to the beach where this accommodation is located.

Fully renovated in 2012, our resort has studios and apartments with direct access to the beach and our lush garden. Guests can enjoy our barbecue and gazebo while taking in the breathtaking views Vourvourou has to offer.

Studio Athos is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to three people. It is quite spacious with a double bed and a comfortable armchair which can also be transformed into a bed. The decoration of the studio brings to mind the Baroque era. The separate balcony has a view of Vourvourou's remarkable sea and at the same time you can view the exotic palm trees, which shade the sunset in their foliage. It also contains a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Imali smo veoma neprijatnu situaciju sa gazdaricom. Stigli su nam prijatelji (porodica) i usli misleci da cemo popiti kafu. Nismo stigli da im kazemo da nije dozvoljeno jer smo vodili dete kod lekara to jutro i oni su usli jer su videli nas auto kada smo se vratili. Nismo imali srca da ih izbacimo jer su rekli da celu noc nisu spavali...ali... nasa gazdarica se postarala za to, na vrlo grub nacin (vicuci na nas) rekla je da odmah napuste objekat... Nismo deca- to se tako ne radi.
