Ikaros Philoxenia Apartments is located on the east coast of Sithonia peninsula, in Vourvourou, small village for those who want an extremely peaceful holiday, away from the crowd that is characteristic of most coastal villages, and at a distance of 600m from the beach in the village, while one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Karidi Beach is located at a distance of 900m, and from Fava Beach at a distance of 1.1km.
In the same yard, there is an apartment with one bedroom, which is a maisonette on two levels, and is located on the first floor of a larger building, and a separate house - cottage, which is a four-bed studio. The four-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa for two people. The apartment, on the lower level, which is at the level of the first floor, has a living room with a sofa for two people, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the second floor, on an open gallery in the sleeping area has a double bed.
On request, within the price, a baby cot, baby changing pad, bottle heating and sterilization device, baby feeding chairs, as well as a stroller, both for twins and for one child, are available.
These air-conditioned accommodation units, where the apartment has two independent cooling units, provide guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, while the apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea in the distance, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
The hosts thought of every detail and made an effort that you create beautiful memories and take the best impressions, as well as return to your daily duties rested. In the shade of the large and well-maintained yard, you can find plenty of content for both you and your kids, whether you want to relax on the sofas in the summer house, prepare a barbecue with family and friends, or enjoy the sunbeds in the shade of the trees, while your kids have fun on the swings, the children's slide, playing with a ball or one of the many toys available to them.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every fourth day, is performed by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 40€ per service.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.
Ikaros Philoxenia Apartments is located 18 km from the popular resort of Nikiti, 29 km from Sarti, and 105 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
