Ikaros Philoxenia Apartments is located on the eastern coast of Sithonia, in the village of Vourvourou - ideal for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday, far away from the crowds that accompany most resorts. The accommodation is 600m away from the beach in the village, 900m from the famous Karidi beach, and 1.1km from Fava beach.

Within the spacious courtyard, guests have access to two accommodation units - an apartment with one mezzanine-style bedroom, located on the first floor of a larger building, and a separate cottage with a four-bed studio structure. The studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two, while the apartment on the lower level has a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper level, in the open gallery, there is another double bed.

Families with children have at their disposal, at no extra charge and upon request, a baby cot, a changing mat, a bottle heating and sterilizing device, feeding chairs, as well as strollers for one child or twins.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and the apartment has two independent cooling units. Guests are provided with free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, washing machine, while the apartment also has a dishwasher. The kitchens are fully equipped - with a stove and oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Depending on the floor level, guests can enjoy views of the courtyard or the distant sea, from the veranda or balcony equipped with seating. The accommodation’s special charm is the large, beautifully landscaped courtyard, full of details that enhance the vacation. Here you can spend time in the gazebo, prepare barbecue with family and friends, or relax on loungers in the shade, while the youngest guests have fun on swings, a slide, or with numerous toys.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels every four days, and for an additional fee of 40€, a cleaning service can be arranged. Guests have access to private parking within the courtyard.

The property is open all year round, and heating outside the summer season is included in the price.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
