In the same yard, there is an apartment with one bedroom, which is a maisonette on two levels, and is located on the first floor of a larger building, and a separate house - cottage, which is a four-bed studio. The four-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa for two people. The apartment, on the lower level, which is at the level of the first floor, has a living room with a sofa for two people, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the second floor, on an open gallery in the sleeping area has a double bed.

On request, within the price, a baby cot, baby changing pad, bottle heating and sterilization device, baby feeding chairs, as well as a stroller, both for twins and for one child, are available.
