Description
Avista Superb Villa, nestled among olive trees and surrounded by hills covered with lush green forest, is located in the village of Vourvourou on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula. The distance from the beach in the village is 300m and from the beautiful Karidi beach 2.7km.
In its structure, this villa is a three-level maisonette, with one level below ground due to the sloping terrain on which the house is located. It is intended for a maximum of eight adults. On the lower level of the villa, in the basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, on the middle level, on the ground floor, there are two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet, while within the upper level, on the first floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with two balconies. Three bedrooms have a double bed, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. On the veranda or one of the four balconies equipped with seating sets, you can enjoy the view of the garden.
This air-conditioned accommodation, which has two independent cooling units, offers guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, toilet, two bathrooms with toiletries, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are allowed.
Cleaning of accommodation units is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, you can find a variety of amenities for you and your little ones, whether you want to sip your favorite drinks at one of the sitting sets in the courtyard, enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends, have fun on the basketball or football court, while your youngest ones enjoy the swings, seesaw or slide located within the courtyard.
Parking is provided for guests within the courtyard.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you arrive in Vourvourou, near the church and the Leivadiotis supermarket, turn left and continue driving straight for another 1.4km, then turn into a small and narrow street on the right side - drive 100m to the end of the street, then turn slightly right to enter the courtyard. Avista Superb Villa is located on the left side, right next to the villa Avista with a pool.
If you are looking for accommodation with a large yard and capacity for a larger group or two families, close to the beach and all necessary amenities, then Avista Superb Villa is an excellent choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
