Noce Luxury Villas is a newly built complex located near Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 850m from the nearest sandy beach with turquoise blue water, while it is 1km from Fava Beach.

Noce Luxury Villas, which offers a warm welcome to people with disabilities, has ground-floor apartments, each of which has a private pool, and which can accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children. Apartments with two bedrooms, which are maisonettes on three levels, on the lower level, in the basement, have a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other has bunk beds; on the second level, on the ground floor, they have a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa for two people, while on the third level, in the attic, in the open gallery, there are bathroom and a sleeping area with a double bed. This accommodation has a ramp for people with disabilities, while the apartment adapted for people with disabilities, in addition to an adapted bathroom and exit to the veranda, also has an adapted entrance to the pool.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which each apartment has four independent cooling units, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, three bathrooms equipped with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, as well as and a fully equipped kitchen with two glass ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, espresso and French coffee machine and a toaster.

In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths, a carpet-like lawn, and lots of greenery, you can find a lot of content, both for you and your kids, whether you want to cool off in the pool, rest on the sunbeds next to it, to sipping your favorite drinks on the sofa or enjoying preparing a barbecue with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

For the guests of the accommodation, two parking spaces per accommodation unit are provided in the yard.

Noce Luxury Villas is located 18 km from the popular resort of Nikiti, 36 km from the town of Sarti, and 105 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
