Hotel Description

Petunia Hotel is located on a hill above one of the squares in Neos Marmaras, close to the city center. The building is not quite new, but it’s in good condition and regularly maintained. It belongs to the category of small and affordable hotels in the immediate vicinity of all touristic contents.

The city beach is at 500m, while the Paradissos beach is just over 1,5km away. The city center and a rich tourist offer, as well as bakeries and markets, are about 200m away from the accommodation. The hotel has double rooms with one double bed or two single beds and thriple rooms with one double bed and a single bed or three single beds. Rooms are air-conditioned, with WiFi internet, TV, mini fridge, hot water ²⁴⁄₇ and a private balcony with sitting furniture. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at half of the stay.

There’s a reception desk, bar, breakfast room and a TV room available in the hotel. There’s no courtyard, but private parking is provided.

The easiest way to get to the hotel is to turn right from the main road at the second entrance to Neos Marmaras from the direction of Nikiti.

Petunia Hotel could be a good choice for guests requiring accommodation in vicinity to all content and events, whether they are family people, couples, or the youth looking for entertainment.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
