Our description
Fregada studios is a new and modernly equipped accommodation which is located in the first row to the sea and accommodation units have a direct or side sea view. It has parking provided to guests.
It is located in Skala Potamia, five minutes from the center. The beach is in front of the building but it is rocky and not for swimming, but just a few steps away there is a sandy part that is organized and provided with sunbeds and umbrellas that are available with an ordered drink.
Fregada studios have a total of four studios (about 25m2): two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Two studios have direct sea views, while the other two have side sea views. All studios can accommodate up to four people and are equipped with one double bed and bunk beds. The accommodation units are spacious and have large balconies, and there is one modern armchair on each balcony - a swing.
The kitchen has hot plates, a small fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine.
All studios are air-conditioned and have a large TV with Netflix.
The internet is provided in all units.
In front of the property is an ATM, fish spa and a diving center, and a few steps away there are more restaurants and bars.
Cleaning studios and linen and towels replacement are provided for three days.
When you reach the central intersection at Skala Potamia (from Golden Beach), turn left and drive straight until you reach the promenade and the sea, then turn left again until you see the Corali restaurant on the left and then the ATM and fish spa behind this accommodation.
The advantage of this accommodation is that it is located in the first row to the sea and on the promenade so that all amenities are quickly and easily accessible.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Prostrani i čisti apartmani. Veoma lepo uređeni sa novim, očuvanim nameštajem. Kupatilo čisto i moderno. Lepi i prostrani balkoni sa pogledom na more. U studijima na prizemlju terase su vece u odnosu na studije na spratu i imaju fantasticnu ljuljasku za opustanje. Lep pogled s obzirom da su apartmani u prvom redu do mora. Domaćica izuzetno ljubazna i predusretljiva. Jedina mana je loša plaža ispred koja nije za kupanje i kanal sa nekom odvodnom vodom koji se na par metara od apartmana sliva u more. Pedesetak metara levo i desno od apartmana su pristojne plaze , sa kamenjem u plicaku a kasnije se nastavlja pešcani deo, dok je 500 metara levo potpuno pecana i lepa plaza. Nedostaci koje sam navela ni u čemu ne kvare utisak o smeštaju, posto je mesto malo i sve vam je u neposrednoj blizini.
