Accommodation description

Dream House Villa is located in Alyki. The accommodation is new and nicely decorated. It has two bedrooms so it’s suitable for families, as well as for couples. Private parking is provided in the yard.

Alyki beach is 1km away, while the closest market (800m) is on the highway, just before the beach.

The house is spacious (45m2) and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. One bedroom has one double and a single bed, while the other one has one double bed. The living room has a sofa bed, so the whole house can accommodate a maximum of six persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, it has a stove with oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a table and chairs, air conditioning, TV and a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower separated by glass. In front of the entrance there’s a space with a seating area and a view of the yard full of olive trees.

The house has internet, safe box, air conditioning, TV and a hairdryer.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, are provided every four days.

It’s surrounded by a beautiful courtyard with a table and chairs, deck chair, olive grove and a parking space.

Arriving to Alyki from Potos, pass by the restaurant Archodissa and take a left uphill. 300m you will reach this villa.

If you’re looking for nicely equipped accommodation with a spacious yard in a quiet place away from the noise and not far from the beach, Dream House Villa is a great choice.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
