Oliva Apartment can be an excellent choice if you are looking for an accommodation in which you can enjoy the view from the balcony, which is isolated and unique, but nicely decorated and equipped with all necessary things.
The nearest beach is in Astris and it is about 700m away. The first market is 1,5km away, while Potos is 8km away. Here you can take a walk, sit in a restaurant, go shopping or buy souvenirs.
Apartment Oliva is located in Astris, in the south part of Thassos, surrounded by olive trees and it has a beautiful sea view. Accommodation is new, built in 2015, and the first guests were accommodated the next year.
The apartment has two levels (70m2). The ground floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the living room, kitchen and a toilet are on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, AC and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and AC. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a bed for two people. There is also Smart TV with satellite channels. On the ground floor, there are a hairdryer, iron, cleaning products and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The bathroom has a shower cabin. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors. The balcony is very spacious and it has a beautiful view of the olive trees and the sea.
Cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels is being done every three days.
In the yard there is private parking.
Coming from Potos, you will pass through Astris. After Hotel Aeria continue straight and turn left to the first street. On the road there is a sign for the turn for Oliva Apartment. Continiue driving on this road until you get to the first house on your left.
We recommend Oliva apartment to those who wants to enjoy the view to the sea and olive trees and to those who looks for a vacation on a quiet place far from the city noise, but not to far from the beach.

In the rooms there is air conditioning, sheets and towels. The ground floor also has a hair dryer, cleaning products and washing machine. Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and much more. The living room has a comfortable sofa, which can also serve as a bed and Satellite TV Smart TV 42 inches. All rooms have free wifi.
You can enjoy your coffee or your food on the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the green landscape.

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
