Our description

Giola Apartments & Studios 2 is located at the exit of the Astris village. It is a good choice if you are looking for accommodation far away from traffic and crowd, and at the same time close to the villages and beaches. The accommodation is pretty clean and excellent as a base for exploring the island because at the short distance, you can find most beautiful beaches on the island.

The nearest beach is Kalami Beach, about 1,2km from the accommodation, while the main beach in Astris - around 2,5km away from the accommodation, and 1km further is beautiful Psili Ammos beach. A center of Astris is 2km far away - as well as the closest market, while at the short distance are two luxurious hotels Aeria and Aeolis and two restaurants. Potos is just 5-6 minutes drive away (8km) and it has many shops, restaurants, taverns, promenade, entertainment.

Seven accommodation units are available to guests, namely five three-bed (20m2) and one four-bed (20m2) studio and one apartment for five people (40m2). All accommodation units are entered directly from the courtyard, through a spacious terrace, and are all located on the ground floor (there are some units you need to climb the stair in order to enter the unit).

Three-bed studios consist of three single beds, while four-bed studios have two single beds and bunk beds. The apartment, which has a separate bedroom, has two joined single beds and three separate ones. Both rooms have a separate exit to the terrace. The air conditioner is in the hallway, above the front door, and the TV is in one of the rooms.

Studios and apartments are properly maintained, clean, spacious enough, equipped with classic, wooden, apartment furniture, with kitchens and bathrooms of medium quality. All have TVs, refrigerators, stoves with two burners, air conditioners. There is internet access. A cot is available on request. Pets are allowed.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

The house is located in a beautifully landscaped yard, with a paved parking lot, lots of flowers and greenery, a brick barbecue, an outdoor shower, tables and chairs in the shade for guests to socialize and enjoy, and terraces with a view of the sea or yard, olive groves and surrounding hills.

The parking lot is located within the yard and there is enough space for all guests of this accommodation.

The accommodation is located on the south of the island, on the exit of the place Astris, on the right side of the road from the Potos direction, around 100m away via an unpaved road from the accommodation Giola Apartments & Studios 2, on the slope behind Aeria hotel complex. They are surrounded by olive groves.

From the hill where the villa is situated, via an unpaved road, you can reach the beach that is partly with the pebble stones and partly rocky. At the short distance from that beach, there is a road that leads to Giola, a natural swimming pool in the rocks. After a few kilometers away, there are small bays under the monastery, then the monastery of Saint Archangels Michail, beach Kekes and Aliki with their numerous gulfs.

If you are a nature lover you will like the fact that accommodation is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Far away from the traffic and crowd, surrounded by untouched nature. The accommodation is pretty clean and excellent as a base for exploring the island because at the short distance are the most beautiful beaches on the island, like Psili Ammos, Notos, Roso Gremos, Aliki, Kekes, Livadi beach.

This property is 12 minutes walk from the beach. At a distance of 1km from Astris Beach, Giola Apartments & Studios 2, Astris offer a garden with olive trees and a terrace. They feature self-catering accommodation with a view over the garden. The seaside Potos village is 8km away. Giola is a few kilometers away, on the first turn to the beach.

All air-conditioned studios and 1-bedroom apartment of Giola by Astris Cliff open to a terrace or a balcony. Each has a TV and a kitchenette with a mini fridge and cooking hobs.

Cleaning, replacing towels and bed linen is once per stay.

Several restaurants, café bars and a market for the general supplies can be found 1km away. The property is 4km from Archangelos Monastery. Prinos port is 30km away and Limenas port is at a distance of 45km.
