Giola Apartments & Studios 2 is located at the exit of Astris. It is ideal for those who seek accommodation away from the crowds, yet close to larger settlements. It has everything necessary for a beautiful and pleasant stay, along with private parking and a spacious yard.

The nearest beach is Kalami beach, located 1.2 km from the accommodation, while the main beach in Astris is approximately 2.5 km away, and another 1 km further is the beautiful Psili Amos beach. The center of Astris is about 2 km away, where the nearest store is also located, and in the immediate vicinity are only two luxury hotels, Aeria and Aeolis, two restaurants, and an abundance of greenery. Potos is just a 5-6 minute drive away (8 km) and offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants, taverns, promenades, and entertainment.

Guests have at their disposal nine accommodation units, including four double studios (20m2), four triple studios (20m2), and one quadruple apartment (30m2).

Double studios consist of double beds, triple studios consist of a double bed and a single bed, while the apartment consists of a double bed and two single beds. The apartment, which has a separate bedroom, consists of two single beds and a double bed. Both rooms have a separate exit to the terrace. The air conditioner is located in the hallway above the entrance door, and the TV is in one of the rooms.

On the ground floor, there are two double studios, one triple studio, and an apartment, while on the upper floor, there are two double studios and three triple studios.

Guests have at their disposal an air conditioner, WiFi, parking, kitchen, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, and a spacious yard. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

The accommodation has private parking, so guests are guaranteed a parking space.

The yard is beautifully landscaped and spacious. It features a barbecue, garden furniture, and a children’s playground, all available to all guests of this accommodation.

From the elevation where the rooms are located, you can descend by a dirt road to a small, wild bay, partly gravel, partly rocky. In the immediate vicinity of that beach is the beginning of the road that leads to Giola, a natural rock pool. A kilometer further are coves near the monastery, then the monastery of St. Archangel Michael, the beaches of Kekes and Aliki with their numerous coves.

This accommodation is excellent as a base, with beautiful beaches nearby such as Psili Amos, Roso Gremos, Notos, Kekes, and Aliki. If you appreciate peace, greenery, and spaciousness, then this accommodation could be a good choice for you.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
