Astris Hill House is located in Astris in a quiet place, and only a 10-minute drive to Potos and Limenaria. It is the right choice for all lovers of isolated accommodation, nature lovers, as well as people who like to spend their holidays alone with their family.
The distance from the sea is 1 km, and from the nearest beach a little more than 2 km. The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away - Mathios market in Astris, while the first next place, Potos, is 9 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, such as Psili Amos, Notos, Roso Gremos, Livadi, Aliki and Salonikios.
The house has one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The size is between 45 and 50 m2. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two single beds in the living room, where an extra bed can be added if necessary. The living room is spacious enough and there is a large kitchen with a fridge with a freezer and a classic stove with an oven. It also has a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and the necessary dishes for preparing meals. There is also an air conditioner in the living room. The house has a TV and wireless internet signal. Guests are provided with an iron. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
In front of the house is a large yard, partly concrete and partly grassy, with lots of shade, greenery and flowers. Private parking is provided in the yard. In the courtyard of the villa there is a barbecue and furniture for sitting and enjoying. You can see the sea in the distance from the yard, but not from the house.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
When coming from the direction of Potos, from Astris continue on the highway for another 3 km. You will pass the Aeria hotel on the bend and you will reach the Pension Maria. After it, turn left into the street and continue straight for another 400m, then turn right into the street that goes uphill and the accommodation will be right in front of you after about 100m.
If you want to spend your vacation with friends or family, you can rent a complete house.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
