Hotel Description

The Olivier property is located in Astris. It has a direct access to the beach, where we can put two sunbeds per reservation. There are two apartments available, each accommodating up to four adults. One is situated on the high ground floor, while the other is situated on the first floor. Both apartments consist of one double bed and a sofa for two people. Their surface is 50m2. Each apartment is equipped with one A/C in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen, two TVs, WiFi, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer and mosquito nets. The accommodation is set in a peaceful and quiet location, making it ideal for those in need of a little break from the hustle and noise.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
