Our description
Alexis Villas is a quality accommodation, decorated in a traditional style. The accommodation is located in a quiet location and the accommodation units are very authentic and different from the others, primarily because of the stone from which they were built, freshness in the maisonettes, but also a large number of details that are handmade by the villa owner.
Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the incoming road. A sandy beach is 300 meters away. The street that leads from them to the road is wide enough and under a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, as can be seen in the attached photos. The first market is located 200m from the accommodation.
It is a complex of three one-storey villas, with a courtyard with a built barbecue and parking on an ground extension in front. In the first villa there are three maisonettes, in the second also three maisonettes, and in the third one one maisonette. The maisonettes are identical, on two levels, with a separate entrance from the yard. They consist of kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom on the gallery and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-stove with an oven, a refrigerator, dishes and a cooker and separated by a wall with arches from the living room. The bathroom is new and extremely clean, spacious, with a large bathtub and a separate window. In the living room there is a sofa with a drawer bed for two, a fireplace, a television, a mini-line with speakers, an exit to the terrace and wooden stairs leading to the gallery. The gallery has two twin beds.
The maisonettes (50m2) are air-conditioned, have a TV, a mini-line with speakers, a safe and wireless internet. The stay in them is pleasant, since the villas are made of stone, which gives freshness, and it is easy to make airflow because the entrance is on one side and the door to the terrace on the other. The terraces are spacious with a wooden table and chairs, mostly covered with vines.
Maisonettes are cleaned daily and towels and bedding are changed every 3-4 days.
The courtyard is tiled and nicely decorated, not so spacious.
The accommodation has private parking.
In the center of the town, on the left along the incoming road, you will see a supermarket Macedonia, a few tens of meters after it turns left onto the street and fifty meters later you reach the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them because they are authentic, built of brownstone, with wooden terraces, doors, windows, and blinds, tucked into the greenery.

Owners description
With respect to the beautiful natural surrounding and with love for our guests in mind, we've created seven villas just 150m from Golden Beach with the perfect combination of stone, wood and traditional art. We gave special attention to the interior decor of our accommodations in order to calm your soul and impress your senses, making, I believe, the best recipe for happy guests who will become our friends and remain our customers for many years to come, as many others have. The villas are 50m2 in size and each has a private entrance with a large terrace. The villas have a staircase leading upstairs to the open bedroom while downstairs contains a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with a double sofa bed. Each can accommodate 2-5 people. They have TV, air conditioning, CD player, and free internet access. They also have central heating and a fireplace so they are available for rent all year.
The four new villas are built in a beautiful area of 1500m2 with pine and olive trees. Three of the villas are 65m2 in size and can accommodate up to five people. The bedroom is located upstairs where two can sleep and downstairs there is a spacious living room with kitchen that can sleep up to three more people. The fourth villa is 85m2 in size and can sleep up to seven people. There are two bedrooms upstairs that can sleep four people while downstairs another three people can comfortably sleep in the living room. All villas have air conditioning, CD, DVD, and a home cinema system.
There are also two studios that are 40m2 in size that can each sleep up to four people.
Golden Beach takes its name from the fine and golden sand which runs the full length of the beach., and which, combined with the deep azure of the water and the spotlessly clean sea, means, it is one of the finest and most renown in the whole of the Aegean sea and the Thracian pelagos. At the edge of the beach the water is shallow enough for quite some distance to be completely safe and very enjoyable for children to play in. The sand goes all way out into the bay. The beach is about 2km long, and is so famous that it was voted by readers of the German magazine, Price and Rise, as the second best beach in the whole of Greece.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, zanima me zakup 3bed studio i 4bed studio, ili dva 3bed studio tako da su blizu jedno drugom (za porodice sa malom decom). Za 10 noćenja u periodu između 01.07. i 15.07.2024.godine, u zavisnosti od raspoloživosti. Da li su prikazane cene važeće? Raspoložen sam da sagledam i drugačije predloge.

Već drugi put letujemo na Tasosu i ko jednom dodje uvek mu se vraca. Ovog puta smo bili u Golden beach u Alleksis vili. Sto se tice smeštaja, zaista je prelepo , retro stil , kombinacija drveta i kamena , imala sam utisak da smo na nekoj planini , zaista lepo i sređeno po ukusu , vidi se da je vlasnik vodio računa o svakom detalju. Vlasnik je jako ljubazan i dobar , čak nam je pri polasku poklonio flašu maslinovog ulja koje on pravi . Smeštaj je blizu plaže, čak mnogo bliži nego što je navedeno na sajtu. Plaža je lepa , peščana i dugačka, voda je uglavnom lepa i bistra,ima delova sa lezaljkama a ima i delova gde se mogu postaviti lični suncobrani i peškiri. Mesto je lepo ali mu je mana što je malo i uveče nema gde da se prošeta pa smo tako išli u susedno mesto, Skala Potamija . Hvala jos jednom Nikana timu , već drugu godinu letujemo preko Vas i naravno nastavicemo, hvala Vam , divni ste .

Šarmantan smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Nebriga oko detalja. Kuhinja apsolutno nefunkcionalna, nema pribora ni dovoljno sudova. U cetvorokrevetnom app smo imali jedan noz za mazanje i jos jedan mali nozic, samo jednu čašu, dve solje i sl. Neke sijalice ne rade, tako da je prostorija slabo osvetljena. Takodje, nema televizora a muzicka linija ne hvata ni jednu radio stanicu. Osim toga, smestaj je izuzetno lep.
