Description
Nikolas Studios is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, on island of Thassos, dacross from the parking lot and entrance to the large Golden Beach Camping, 140m from the beach. Next to the villa, there is a cafe with a pastry shop and a playground. The front and back of the villa feature a beautifully landscaped yard with a brick barbecue, fountain, tables with chairs, umbrellas, and a children's playground. Parking is available on the street in front of the villa, as well as along the camp fence.
At the entrance to the villa, there is a reception with a lobby.
In the accommodation there are nine studios for up to three people, and three apartments for up to five people.
The studios have a double bed and a folding armchair, a mini-kitchen with a sink and basic kitchen elements, two hotplates and a refrigerator. The terrace with a view of the front or back yard is equipped with seating set, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The apartments consist of a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the back yard. In the living room in the standard apartment there is a bunk bed for children or a sofa with a drawer bed, while in the Grand apartment there is a folding sofa bed and a folding armchair. Both types of apartments have a bathroom with a shower and a curtain. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the Deluxe apartment has two joined single beds in a separate room, and the bathroom has a glass shower screen.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, safe, hairdryer, and WiFi. Daily cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacement are provided.
There is also a cafe on-site where you can enjoy coffee, order pancakes, or buy ice cream.
Nikolas Studios is a new accommodation in an excellent location and of a very attractive appearance. It is very close to the beach (second row, right behind the campsite), not in a busy area, and close to all amenities. If you are looking for quality accommodation on Golden Beach, this is undoubtedly one of them.
Skala Potamia and the traditional village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, while the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk. Golden Beach is ideal for a peaceful family vacation without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. But if you crave more entertainment, especially in the evening, the main town of Limenas is only a ten-minute drive away.
In addition to its excellent sandy beach (perfect for children), Golden Beach has a great location in relation to other beaches, as the famous Paradise Beach is just a ten-minute drive away, and Makryammos, Tarzanas, and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away. Marble Beach is approximately 18km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
