Description
Theros Villa is a new and quality accommodation close to the beach with modern and spacious air-conditioned accommodation units. Guests have at their disposal a private parking, a swimming pool with sun beds for guests, as well as a bar where you can order a refreshing drink.
It is located between Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, 200m from the beach.
Theros Villas and Suites is a new accommodation that started working in 2017. It consists of two buildings with nine accommodation units, four suites (executive suite), four maisonettes - two-level units (deluxe suite and deluxe king suite) and one studio (junior suite).
Executive Suite apartments are around 38m2, but it should be noted that the bathroom in one of them is smaller. They consist of a double bed in a bedroom and a sofa bed for two adults, as the folding part can be separated so you can get two single beds.
Deluxe Suite apartments are two-level accommodation units, so-called maisonettes and their size is about 50m2. At the lower level there is a folding sofa bed, while on the upper level there is a double bed in the bedroom separated by the door. It's also possible to insert an additional bed, so five people can be accommodated altogether. The bedrooms in some of the maisonettes were designed in that way that from the bedroom in gallery you can see the lower level, and the owners told us that this is mainly so the parents can look from the gallery at the children who are sleeping on the ground floor.
Deluxe King Suite maisonette is the largest (65m2) accommodation unit in Theros Villas and Suites, with a capacity of six persons. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the second there are two single beds, and in the living room there is another folding sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a medium size fridge.
Junior Suite studio (38m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of a double bed and a folding sofa bed, all in one room.
Each accommodation unit has a kitchen that is designed for preparing light meals, while frying is prohibited.
Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are replaced every second day.
Next to the pool there is a bar where you can order a drink as well as a breakfast prepared by staff. Guests can also use sun beds by the pool as well as the private parking.
It is very easy to find accommodation. If you are coming from the Limenas direction, turn left from the main road, at the Korina Hotel and continue driving straight until you reach a street parallel to the sea, at Anna Apartments Turn left where after approximately 600m you will come to the Herih market, where you need to turn left and after a few meters you will see accommodation Theros.
The nearest supermarket (with some of the bakery products) is at two minutes from the accommodation.
Theros Villas and Suites is indeed a quality accommodation located 150m from the beach, offering all the amenities for a pleasant stay and it's perfect choice for a summer vacation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
