Herih Studios is an accommodation within walking distance of the sandy beach, which has been recently renovated, and offers a large number of accommodation units. It is located right on the border between Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, so both beaches are easily accessible. The owners also have a market on the ground floor of the building.

The accommodation is located on Golden Beach, on the border with Skala Potamia, so you have access to both places. It is one of the first buildings built in that part of the bay and a lot of things were made by the owner himself. It is a few steps away from the beach, you just cross the street and you are practically there. In addition to the market located on the ground floor of the building, in the same street, on the right side of the accommodation, there is a larger market, SPAR, where you can buy bakery products and you have a small pastry shop right behind Herih Studios.

In its rich offer, this facility has 18 accommodation units, which are arranged on three levels - in the semi-basement, high ground floor and first floor.

In the semi-basement there are four accommodation units (studios 13, 14, 15 and 16) in which the bed layouts are completely different. Quadruple studio #13 has one double bed and bunk beds, triple studio #14 has three single beds, double studio #15 has two single beds and triple studio #16 has one double and one single bed. Studios #14 and #15 share a courtyard and overlook the street as well as studios #13 and #16, only they overlook the back of the building and the property in front. Accommodation units #14 and #15 are entered from the yard, through the terrace.

On the high ground floor there are seven studios (from number 1 to number 7) in which the bed arrangement is also different and only studios #2 and #3 are available for online reservations. Four-bed studio number #2 has four single beds and partially overlooks the sea. It has partial sea view because there are plants in front of the accommodation, so the view is not complete. Triple studio #3 has one double and one single bed and overlooks the mountain.

There are also seven studios on the first floor (#8, #9, #10, #11, #17, #18 and #12). Studio #8 has a double bed and one single bed, so it can accommodate three people and the studio overlooks the sea. Studio #9 has one double bed (160x200cm), overlooking the sea and can accommodate two people. Studio #11 is the same as studio #10, except instead of a sea view, it has a mountain view. Studio #17 has one double bed and bunk beds and overlooks the mountain. In double studio #12 there are two single beds and this unit overlooks the mountain as well as the sea, from the side. Triple studio #18 is not available for internet reservations.

The area of ​​double studios is 18m2, triple 20m2 and quadruple 22-23m2. In studios #9, #12, #15 and #11 it is possible to insert an extra bed for a 12 year old child.

All accommodation units have a small kitchenette with two hobs, bathroom with shower and curtain (except studio #11, which has a cabin), air conditioning and TV, wireless internet access, hairdryer and stove. Mosquito nets only exist in studio #3.

The yard is small and paved, with a seating area and a large table and benches. Guests can also use the barbecue.

Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every other day and bed linen is changed every fourth day.

You can park in front of the accomodation.

Since the facility is located by the road, it is possible that during the day there will sometimes be loud due to the passage of vehicles.

If you want accommodation located a few steps from the beach, with a market right on the ground floor and very friendly owners, Herih Studios would be a good choice.
