Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Finikas Luxury Suites is a newly built and modern accommodation, whose units offer a fantastic view of the sea and provide their guests with a high level of service, hygiene, and comfort. There is also a pool, next to which there is a bar where you can order a drink, and around the pool, there are loungers that you can freely use.
This property is located on Golden Beach, just over 200m from the beach, which is one of the most popular on Thassos and a frequent choice for families with children, as it is sandy and has a long shallow. The first shop is about 150m away from the accommodation.
Finikas Luxury Suites has six completely new accommodation units, which are distributed on the first and second floors, with three units on each floor. The first floor houses one Junior Suite, Deluxe Suite, and Deluxe Apartment, while the second floor accommodates another Junior Suite, Premium Apartment, and Executive Suite. The Deluxe Suite (28m2) is equipped with a comfortable French bed, as well as a sofa bed for two. This studio can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for families. The Deluxe Suite also offers guests a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a truly beautiful panoramic view of Golden Beach, the mountain, and the pool.
The Executive Suite (32m2) features a king-size French bed and a sofa bed for two, making this studio ideal for up to four people. From the unit, you step out onto a large and spacious terrace, providing a great view of the sea, mountain, and pool. The view is truly incredible, and according to guests, it cannot be put into words. There is also a table and chairs on the terrace, allowing guests to spend time socializing and enjoying the view.
The Deluxe Apartment (39m2) is a unit with a separate bedroom, with a French bed, and a living room with a sofa bed for two. This apartment is suitable for up to four people and is a popular choice for families, as it offers an added dose of privacy with a separate bedroom. Like other units in this accommodation, the Deluxe Apartment also has a balcony with a table and chairs, offering views of the sea and the pool, enhancing the overall experience of staying in this accommodation.
The Premium Apartment (39m2) includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable French bed, and a living room with a cozy sofa bed. This spacious apartment is comfortable for up to four people, mostly families who choose this type of unit for the separate bedroom and privacy it offers. Guests have access to a private balcony with a table and chairs, where they can enjoy a great view of the sea and the mountain.
All accommodation units have a wardrobe for storing belongings without affecting comfort. Additionally, air conditioning, a SMART TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and a safe are available to guests, with an iron available upon request. This accommodation has a strong internet signal, and the coverage is excellent. The owners have paid attention to the smallest details, decorating the units with beautiful pictures, chandeliers, mirrors, and other lovely decorations that truly contribute to the feeling of a new, high-quality, and luxurious property. The bathrooms are also very modern, with shower cabins. In all accommodation units, there is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, but it is necessary to note that only light meals are allowed to be prepared, as frying is strictly prohibited.
Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen changes are done every other day.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, full of lovely and colorful flowers. The pool is spacious enough, and around it, there are seating sets and loungers available for guests to use. All of this is complemented by the presence of a bar, where you can order a drink of your choice and enjoy the view of the sea directly from the pool.
There is private parking, and you can also park in front of the accommodation entrance.
