Each apartment is equipped with a TV and A/C, WiFi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a balcony or veranda (for ground and basement units), and a view of the courtyard. The accommodation also has private parking, and a baby cot is available upon request. Pets are also welcome, with prior arrangement with the owners.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced every three days.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
