Guests can enjoy two double units with an area of 23m², located on the ground floor. Each room is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, while a baby cot is available upon request.

Cooking in the rooms is not allowed, so kitchen facilities are limited to a fridge and a kettle. However, guests have access to a communal stove with hotplates located in the yard.

The property features a covered seating area, as well as private parking for guests.

The stay of pets is possible with prior agreement. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, when the units are cleaned.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
