Mond Sea View Apartments is a high-quality and excellent accommodation, with a sea view, located in a peaceful area, offering guests comfort and everything necessary for a tranquil vacation.

It is situated in the village of Kinira, about 250m from the beach. The nearest shop is located 200m away from the accommodation.

In its offer, Mond Sea View features four units - two four-bed apartments on the ground floor, as well as two apartments/maisonettes with three separate bedrooms on the first floor.

The ground floor apartments (65m2) for four people have one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people (width 1.40m). The kitchen is spacious and equipped with high-quality electrical appliances for food preparation, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as a stove with an oven. There is also a wardrobe for storing belongings in the apartment. In front of the entrance to the unit, there is a seating area with a table and chairs, overlooking the sea.

The apartments with three separate bedrooms (115m2) are located on the first and second floors and are two-level units, known as maisonettes. In the bedrooms on the second floor, there is a double bed each, while the living room (on the first floor) has a corner sofa bed for two people. There is a toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom on the second floor. The terraces offer a spectacular sea view, with the terrace on the second floor being more spacious than the one on the first floor, making the apartment truly comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a carefree vacation.

The accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and a TV, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a stove with an oven, a hairdryer, blinds, a clothes dryer, and mosquito nets.

The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, with a covered gazebo where you can barbecue. There is also a large table with chairs available for larger groups.

The accommodation has a private parking area for all vehicles.

Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every third day, and bed linen is changed every fifth day. Small pets are allowed, with a mandatory note before booking the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.

In case of damage, it is necessary to leave a deposit in the amount of 100 euro, which will be returned to the guests at the end of their stay, if everything is determinated to be in order.
