Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

Description

Always Welcome villa is located in the center of Limenaria, not far from all the amenities that this place has to offer. The main advantages of this villa are its location, affordable price, and proximity to the beach.

The property was built in 1989 and renovated in 2011. For the season of 2025, only one four-bed studio is available for online reservations, while other units are leased by local agencies.

The 4 Bed Studio (28m2) is located on the first floor and consists of one double bed and a bunk bed. It is intended for a family with two small children.

The accommodation includes air conditioning (with an optional surcharge), WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, kitchen, standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, shower cabin with a curtain, a terrace overlooking the yard/street in front of the accommodation, and a courtyard.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towel change are done every four days.

The property also has its own courtyard with tables and chairs for sitting.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in nearby streets or at a public parking lot, which is 400m away from the accommodation.

If you are looking for affordable accommodation in the center of Limenaria, not far from the beach, taverns, restaurants, and markets, which offers everything necessary for a decent stay, then Always Welcome villa would not be a bad choice for you.

The accommodation is quite satisfactory, situated close to the beach, which is perfect for those who intend to use only the city beach. The owner is extremely kind and a lovely person.

Clean and beautiful accommodation, proximity to the beach.
Cons
In the evening hours, there is a low water pressure, and around 10 or 11 PM, there is no hot water available.

The air conditioning incurs an additional charge of 5 euros per day, despite being advertised as included on the website. Internet access is only available at 4 AM, and only in the garden in front of the apartment where the landlady resides. Hot water is available every third day, and only if you are the first to arrive at the "villa" after the beach. Instead of a double room, we received a quadruple room, two of which are bunk beds. There is insufficient space to walk around the beds, let alone to place suitcases or anything else on the floor. I truly do not understand how four people could possibly stay in such a cramped room. The mattress on the bed is supported by unfastened boards, which fall off with every turn. This poses a significant safety risk for the lower bunk of the bunk beds, especially for children (as I assume they are intended for). The terraces are connected and separated by a metal bar, so expect to hear people breathing in the next room. Cleaning is supposedly done every 5 days; while it is true that we received clean towels, since we did not arrive with the rest of the group through an agency that occupied all the other rooms, our cleaning day did not coincide with theirs, resulting in neither cleaning nor the removal of a lot of trash from the bathroom. Toilet paper, of course, must be purchased by you. The only aspect we appreciated was the location, as it is in the center, directly across from a store and a bakery.

The overall impression is excellent. The hostess, Sofia, is a wonderful lady who was always at our service. The room was clean but not very comfortable; it was a bit cramped for two adults and two small children, yet this is negligible compared to the impression of hospitality and kindness. Limenarija was a perfect choice; it has absolutely everything you need. We even had a minor car issue, but thanks to the locals, we quickly found a mechanic who resolved the problem without overcharging us, as we initially feared. The prices are affordable; we were surprised even though they have increased. The beaches are stunning, with their beauty lying in their simplicity, modesty, and non-commercialized spots. It is easy to reach every beach by car. It would be a shame to leave without visiting places like Giole, Teologos, beaches like Mermerna, Metalion, Aliki, Golden Beach, and Paradis. The approach to Mermerna beach is not as daunting as we were told. Tip number 1: do not venture to Tasos without mosquito repellent; we had a poor night's sleep due to those little pests. This island is worth visiting, with Limenarija as a top destination.

In July, we spent 20 wonderful days on Thassos, at Villa Sofia. The hostess, Rula, was extremely kind and pleasant, always available, although she does not speak English, but you can certainly communicate with her. We were satisfied with the apartment; the rooms were clean, linens and towels were changed every 5 days, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. The villa is located in a great spot in Limenaria, easily found, with a bakery and a shop right next to it, and the beach and promenade are very close, just 50 meters away. Everything was exactly as described on the website. As for Limenaria, it's a charming little place with nice cafes and taverns. The beach in Limenaria is nothing special, the water wasn't the cleanest, but we didn't linger too long, considering there are beautiful beaches on Thassos.
