Our description
Apartments Smaro is a family home located in the center of Limenaria in a quiet place. It offers comfort family apartments, just few steps away from all amenities in Limenaria and from the beach. Apartments are bright, equipped with new and nice furniture.
City beach in Limenaria is 100m away and is sandy on the shore and rocky or sandy in the sea, depending of the part where you are. It is about 2km long. At a distance of 250m there is also a small sandy beach.
The owners live on the first floor and on the ground floor there are two comfortable duplex apartments, renovated in 2017.
Apartments have two separated bedrooms, a bathroom and equipped kitchen with a small oven. One bedroom has a double and the other two single beds. An extra bed can be added if needed. Units have 55-60m2. The apartment with sea view is a bit smaller and has a smaller balcony. Terraces are separated, covered with vine and surrounded by flowers. One of them has a sea view. They have A/C, TV and WiFi internet.
The owners are very kind and friendly.
Cleaning is everyday and linen and towels are being changed every three days. The owners also have a washing machine that you can use. There is an extra charge for this service.
Near the villa there is space for parking for two cars.
Smaro is located in the center of town, but in a small alley secluded from the traffic and crowd, so you don't have to worry about noise.
Coming from the direction of Prinos at the central crossroad turn right toward the sea and after that again right after 20m, next to supermarket Malliatos. This little one way street will lead you to the Smaro.
Smaro would be suitable for all those who need comfortable accommodation with a good location. The Villa about 100m away from the pedestrian zone with all the shops, supermarkets and taverns.
Villa is about 5km away from Potos, and a few minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches like Psili Ammos, Notos, Roso Gremos, San Antonio and Trypiti.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Molim vas za informaciju da li imate slobodan smestaj u julu, 10 noci za dve porodice? Prva porodica ( 2 odraslih i 4 dece - 2,5,5 8) i druga porodica (2 odraslih i 3 dece- 2,7,8). Hvala

Boravili u apartmanu sa pogledom na more, apartman komforan za četvoročlanu porodicu, ne moze se reci da je bio perfektno sredjeni. Dobra stvar je menjanje posteljine na treci dan. Loš internet koji imate na terasi i samo u jednoj sobi. Domacini osim grckog ne znaju drugi jezik pa je malo nezgodno komunicirati. Sve u svemu apartmani jesu prostrani i bilo nam je ok.

Odseli smo u apartmanu koji nema pogled na more I za koji u opisu smestaja pise da je veci od onog koji ima pogled na more.On je u stvari dosta manji od drugog apartmana,terasa je premala,kada se ukljuci klima nemoguce je sedeti na njoj jer je prevruce.(spoljne jedinice klime su na terasi).Toalet je mnogo mali,osoba veca od 185 cm ne moze da se normalno istusira.Higijena nikakva,prljavo posudje I kuhinja.Jedina dobra stvar je sto su peskire I posteljinu menjali na tri dana.
