Hotel Description

Apartments Smaro is a family home located in the center of Limenaria in a quiet place. It offers comfort family apartments, just few steps away from all amenities in Limenaria and from the beach. Apartments are bright, equipped with new and nice furniture.

City beach in Limenaria is 100m away and is sandy on the shore and rocky or sandy in the sea, depending of the part where you are. It is about 2km long. At a distance of 250m there is also a small sandy beach.

The owners live on the first floor and on the ground floor there are two comfortable duplex apartments, renovated in 2017.

Apartments have two separated bedrooms, a bathroom and equipped kitchen with a small oven. One bedroom has a double and the other two single beds. An extra bed can be added if needed. Units have 55-60m2. The apartment with sea view is a bit smaller and has a smaller balcony. Terraces are separated, covered with vine and surrounded by flowers. One of them has a sea view. They have A/C, TV and WiFi internet.

The owners are very kind and friendly.

Cleaning is everyday and linen and towels are being changed every three days.

Near the villa there is space for parking for two cars.

Smaro is located in the center of town, but in a small alley secluded from the traffic and crowd, so you don’t have to worry about noise.

Coming from the direction of Prinos at the central crossroad turn right toward the sea and after that again right after 20m, next to supermarket Malliatos. This little one way street will lead you to the Smaro.

Smaro would be suitable for all those who need comfortable accommodation with a good location. The Villa about 100m away from the pedestrian zone with all the shops, supermarkets and taverns.

Villa is about 5km away from Potos, and a few minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches like Psili Ammos, Notos, Roso Gremos, San Antonio and Trypiti.

A lovely apartment, but not quite as pictured. The parking is dreadful, and the access is equally poor.

A wonderful vacation, with charming elderly hosts. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It was cleaned four times during the stay. In a word, fantastic.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
