Our description

Lithi Villa is a modern accommodation that has been recently renovated and offers guests studios and apartments in a quiet location. Parking is provided, and some units also have a sea view from a distance.

Accommodation is 450m away from the nearest supermarket and the center of Limenaria with a pedestrian zone is about 700m away. City beach of Limenaria is located at a distance of 900m.

There are six units: three family apartments, one duplex apartment and two studios. The owners live on the ground floor.

GROUND FLOOR:
Apartment number 1 - this unit has an area of ​​45m2, is located at the back of the house and has a mountain view. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds and a kitchen with a small refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker and kettle. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom.
Apartment number 2 - this unit is the same as apartment number 1. The only difference is that it is slightly bigger.
The terraces of apartments number 1 and 2 are very spacious and partly fenced so that guests have their privacy. These units are an ideal solution for two families spending their summer vacation together.

FIRST FLOOR:
Studio number 3 - this is a double studio that has 20-25m2. Within the room there are a double bed, equipped kitchen with hot plate and a small refrigerator. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and offers a view of the surrounding area and the sea can be seen from a distance.
Apartment number 4 - has an area of ​​40m2. There is one double bed in the bedroom and the other in the living room. This room also has a kitchen with hot plate, coffee maker, small fridge and kettle. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and offers a view of the surroundings, and the sea can be seen from a distance.

Studio number 5 - it is a triple unit of 30m2. Within the room there is a double bed, single bed and equipped kitchen with hot plate, small refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is spacious and it has a mountain view.
Duplex apartment number 6 - this unit has an area of ​​45m2. The hallway leads to two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. In one bedroom there are a double bed, air conditioning and TV. This room has access to the terrace with mountain view. The second bedroom has two single beds, a second air conditioner and a kitchen with hot plates, coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, hairdryer and internet. The villa was renovated in 2018.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days.

The yard is spacious and fenced.

Parking is provided for all guests of the accommodation.

Coming from Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria, then right into the first street before the Vodafone store and drive straight for the next 170m. After that, turn left again and you will see accommodation on the right side of the road after 160m.

Accommodation is an ideal option for all those looking for modern studios and apartments in a bigger town but in a quiet location.

Double Studio
The double studio is spacious with an elegant modern decor. It has a comfortable double bed. The studio also features a kitchen area and a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Lastly, the studio has direct access to a balcony where you can relax.

Triple Studio
The triple studio is spacious with an elegant modern decor and can accommodate up to three people, two people may sleep in the double bed while one more can sleep on the folding sofa-bed. The studio also features a kitchen area and a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Lastly, the studio has direct access to a balcony where you can relax.

One Bedroom Apartment
The one bedroom apartment is spacious and ideal for families or a group of friends since it can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The apartment has a single bedroom with a double bed and depending on the apartment either two single beds or one double bed in a separate area. The apartment also features a kitchen area and a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Lastly, the apartment has direct access to a balcony where you can relax with your friends or family.

One Bedroom Apartment, Ground Floor
The one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, it is spacious and ideal for families or a group of friends since it can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
