Our description

Alexa's Sunny Days is new and modern accommodation in the center of Limenaria. It has very nice garden with pool and kind owner who will help you with anything. Big advantage of this place is also private parking.

Accommodation is located in the center of Limenaria and it is 350 meters away from the city beach. The closest market and bakery are at 100 meters. Pedestrian area in the center is 250 meters far from the building.

Accommodation offers 16 units divided in two buildings.

Building at the end on the yard has two units only- one triple studio (3 Bed Studio, Pool View - no.01) and one 4 bed apartment (4 Bed Apartment, Pool View - no.02). Both units are on the ground floor. Studio has 32m2 and it has one double and one single bed. Bathroom has tiles only, without shower base.
Apartment has two single beds in bedroom. In the same space is kitchen and entrance to the bathroom (shower with curtain) and balcony. Living room has one double bed. Terraces of both units are from the back side of the yard, they are spacious and separated.

Bigger building, closer to the street, has 14 units. Some of them overlook garden, some pool and some street. All the units have separated and spacious balconies.

Semi-based floor (6 steps below ground level) has one apartment and one studio, both with pool view. Apartment (4 Bed Apartment, Semi-Based - no.101) has 45m2. Living room has one double bed while bedroom has two single beds. Inside living room there is equipped kitchenette adn bathroom has shower cabin. Studio (no.102) has two double beds, kitchenette and bathroom with a bathtub.
Front side of the ground floor has one studio and one apartment with street view. Studio (2 Bed Deluxe Studio - no.201) has 24m2, double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a shower cabin. Apartman (4 Bed Apartment, Street View - no.202) has 47m2. Living room has two single beds, kitchen with big fridge and bathroom with a shower base and curtain. Bedroom has one double bed and from this room you enter spacious balcony (as well you can enter from the hallway).

The entrance to studios 203 and 204 is from ground floor, but their balconies are on the first floor. Balconies are separated and they have pool/garden view. Studio 203 (3 Bed Studio, Garden View) has 24m2, one double and one single bed, as well as kitchenette and bathroom with shower cabin. Studio 204 (2 Bed Studio, Pool View) is the same as 203, the only difference is that there is no single bed, only one double bed.

On the first floor there are studios no 301 and 302 with surface of 26m2 and they both have very spacious balconies with street view. 4 Bed Studio, Standard (no.301) has two single beds and one double bed, kitchen with small oven and bathroom with shower cabin. 3 Bed Studio, Standard (no.302) has three single beds, kitchen with small oven and bathroom with shower cabin. On the first floor there are also two studios with pool/garden view. Both of them have 26m2, kitchenette and bahtroom with a shower cabin. 4 Bed Studio, Standard (no.303) has two single and one double bed, while 3 Bed Standard Studio (no.304) has two standard single beds and the third single bed with smaller dimensions.

On the 2nd floor from the front side, there are studios 401 and 402 with street view and size of 26m2. They have kitchenette and bahtroom with a bathtub. 4 Bed Studio, Standard (no.401) has two single and one double bed, while in 3 Bed Studio, Bathtub, Street View (no.402) there is one double and one single bed. From the other side are studios 403 and 404 with pool/garden view and also with size of 26m2. 2 Bed Deluxe Studio, Hydromassage (no.403) has one double bed, kitchenette, small bathroom with tiles only and jacuzzi inside the room. 3 Bed Studio, Bathtub, Pool View (no.404) has three single beds (one is smaller), kitchenette and bathroom with a bathtub.

All the units have kitchenette with one or two hotplates and small fridge, private bathroom, AC and TV, mosquito nets and WiFi signal.

Cleaning is on daily basis (but not on Sundays) and changing of towels and linen is every 3 days.

Garden is fenced, nicely decorated and has a pool.

Private parking is close to the building.

When arriving from Prinos direction, turn left on the main intersection in Limenaria and drive straight for about 150 meters. You will see Alexa's Sunny Days on your left side.

Alexa’s Sunny Days is an apartment block located in the centre of the beautiful Limenaria. With a walking distance to the port of 250m and only a 5-minute walk to Limenaria’s beach, it is an ideal place for you, your friends and your family, to spend your summer vacations. The building consists of 16 rooms, all of them tastefully decorated with a unique and personal touch. Every room of our accommodation has its private, furnished balcony or terrace. There is a pool surrounded by a beautiful garden that gives you the opportunity to relax during your stay here. Alexa’s Sunny Days opened in spring 2021. The accommodation exists since 2012 under previous management and ownership. It is a newly renovated accommodation and its decoration originates from traditional and modern techniques. Its ideal location, the elegant rooms and the peaceful garden by the pool combined with our will to constantly provide the best service can guarantee our guest's a pleasant stay.

Room 1

Triple Studio next to the pool (34 m2). The room consists of one double bed (150x200cm) and one single bed (90x190cm). It has one terrace next to the pool and one more next to the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower.

Room 2

One-bedroom apartment next to the pool (34m2) consists of one double bed (150x200cm) in the main room and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. It has one terrace next to the pool and one more next to the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower.

Room 101

One-bedroom apartment on the semi-basement (47m2). It consists of two single beds in the bedroom and one double bed (150x200cm) in the main room.The bathroom has a shower. tThe terrace has a pool view.

Room 201

Studio on the ground floor (29m2) with one double bed (160x200 cm) with shower and terrace with a view to the local street.

Room 202

One-bedroom apartment on the ground floor (47m2) with one double bed in the bedroom(150x200cm) and two single beds in the main room. The bathroom has a shower and the terrace has street view.

Room 203

Triple studio on the ground floor (24m2) with one double bed (150x200cm) and one single. The bathroom has a shower and the balcony has pool view.

Room 204

Double studio on the ground floor (24m2) consists of one double bed (150x200cm) The bathroom is with shower and the balcony has pool view.

Room 301

Double studio on the 2nd floor with balcony with pool view (26m2). It has one double bed (160x200cm) and a jacuzzi.

Room 404

Triple Studio (26m2) on the 2nd floor with balcony with pool view. It consists of two single beds put together and one more single bed across them. The bathroom has a bathtub.

All rooms provide the necessary amenities and have their own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a private balcony or terrace. They all include TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, free WiFi. The accommodation offers parking space. The cleaning and disinfecting of the rooms are on daily basis with certified products.

In rooms 301, 304, 401 and 404 can be added specially designed memorial foam between two single beds and it can be a double.
