Hotel Description

Mary Hotel is a modest hotel located in the heart of Limenas. The promenade is a few steps away from the accommodation and the first market is right next to the property, so we can say that the accommodation is ideal for those who want to be accommodated near all contents that this place has to offer.

The two-star Mary Hotel is located in the heart of Limenas, in a street that intersects the promenade and enters a new port (the part where there is a police station, public parking on the coast, taxi station, amusement park …), next to the Arvanitidis supermarket, above the Manos boutique, Germanos mobile phone store, kiosk, hair salon, and Vodafone store. The hotel is 100 meters away from the sea (the new port) and 400-500 meters away from the city beach.

On the ground floor there is a reception, a lobby, a dining area and a paved entrance/exit to the back of the hotel, with outdoor seating.

Tourists have access to units on the first floor – three premium double rooms (23m2), five standard double rooms (20m2, only one has a double bed), four junior suites (26m2) and one family suite (33m2). The balconies overlook either the street or the courtyard and parking lot at the back and side of the hotel. The rooms correspond to the hotel’s categorization, they are not luxurious, but they are quite decent. The double rooms have two single beds joined together or one double bed. The junior suites have one double bed and a sofa, and the family suite has a double bed and a sofa for two people. The furniture is classic, wooden, hotel-style. There is a wardrobe in each room, as well as a cosmetic table with a mirror. The bathrooms are of medium quality, with a shower.

There is a fridge in the rooms, a smaller TV set on the wall, air conditioning (newer or older type, depends on the room), telephone and hairdryer. There are no safe deposit boxes. Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. Baby cot is provided.

Cleaning is done daily and bed sheets and towels are changed every three days.

The hotel has its own large, enclosed parking space, which is not the case among other accommodations within the center of Limenas.

After disembarking from the ferry, if you are walking, you can reach the hotel in a few minutes, heading left towards the city center, police station, taxi station, amusement park. However, if you arrive in Thassos by car, you have to drive to the opposite side of the hotel (to the right of disembarking from the ferry), then circle the city center and descend to the new port, police station, amusement park… since the street that leads from the ferry to the street where the hotel is located in is one-way street, so you cannot drive directly to the hotel (opposite direction).

We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be in the center of the city, one step away from all the amenities the town has to offer, and at the same time want Limenas as a base to tour the island.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
