Hotel Description
Thea Athos Studios is an accommodation with an indescribable view of the sea in the distance, located in a peaceful location in Limenaria. It is situated approximately 1.2km from the center and the beach.
There are three studios, each with an area of 30m², located on the ground floor of the building. One studio is double, with a sea view and a French bed. The remaining two studios are triple and intended for the stay of two adults and a child up to 10 years old. One of them offers a sea view, while the other overlooks the mountains. The studio with a mountain view has two connected single beds and a sofa, while the studio with a sea view has a French bed and a sofa.
All studios are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, and in front of each entrance, there is a seating area.
Parking is provided at the entrance to the property’s yard.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three to four days.
Pets are not allowed.
This accommodation is an excellent choice for guests for whom peace, relaxation, and rest are a priority during their summer vacation.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
